“Swarovski is famous the world over for their crystals. The 900 lb star with 3 million crystals topping the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center is by Swarovski. Their flagship store is also in Rock Center, but if you want to get some of their jewelry and crystal figurines at sale prices, go to the outlet store in Riverhead. The inventory might not be the latest up-to-minute releases, but they are the genuine articles and their quality is second to none. The store is brightly lit to make all the crystals in the store sparkle to catch your eye. My wife loves their crystal figurines, especially the themed ones like cute animals and Disney characters. We have quite a collection in our curio cabinet from many birthdays and Christmases. Some might be on special sale price, but may not be priced in the display case as such, so ask the sales person. It might also be on final sale if it's the last one on display. If you're looking for a gift for that special someone, here it is!”

“I had two polar opposite experiences in this store in the same day on 8/17/22.The first visit earlier in the day was horrible and could have put me off as a long time customer for good if I didn't have such good experiences previously.The second visit of the day was extremely positive so there is a happy ending!I went in with the intent of either picking up an Ebel or a Concorde watch as a fan of both higher end lines already owning quite a few pieces.I ended up being helped by a younger guy who after showing me two Ebel watches suggested condescendingly showing me "something more in MY price range like a Movado" well...he would not know my price range as he hadn't bothered to ask and I had not told him. I was dressed down and felt like it was flat out rude and I was upset after that so I just left the store. One should never make assumptions based on how someone's is dressed at least keep it to yourself sir you lost a sale and insulted a long time customer.Now on to the positive! I went back later in the same day because I have made the trip out to this store and I was not leaving without what I wanted. Thankfully two lovely ladies had provided excellent service as my usual go to sales person I have worked with many times was not in that day. They sold me the watch I wanted while being so nice and pleasent. I was walked through all the features and details of the watch. They did not make assumptions and where glad to help me with my needs as a customer! This was a five star experience!”

There is no pressure, they will educate you, and their biggest concern is making sure you’re happy (even if it’s not buying from them). Richie was AMAZING and after buying an engagement ring there he helped me customize my dream wedding band (which he was so patient with). “We have been using Jewelry By Michele for over 25 years. Michele always goes above and beyond. About 20 years ago my husband bought me a bracelet that I absolutely LOVED! Over the years of daily wear and tear, I'd go in to get a pin repaired here and there, after many years, it was time to trade it in for a new one. The new one my husband picked out was nice, but it just wasn't like my old one.Michele could see I was not happy, and asked me what I wanted to do, I said I wish I could have my OLD bracelet back.
