Bad customer service, I never got this kind of service from other USPS such as Roslyn, great neck or garden city, the cleaning lady keep saying "we are not open, we are not open", at the same time I never said I want to go in, I was asking for a small piece of tape when I saw they have it on their table, it only take them less than 5 sec to get that tape for me while I already used the machine outside. For a service business like this and if im their store manager, I would fire or write them up already. Please show your smile to your customers in the morning and say "how can I help you?" Instead of "we are not open"

Always efficient service. Some people that work here are very sweet, others are less engaging. Sometimes there's only 1 person checking packages in. Hopefully they give their employees hours.

There are always long lines here, but that's not the fault of the post office. People need to use the services and that why we line up. I needed to renew my passport and inquired how to go about it. One of the post office workers assisted me by asking me the appropriate questions needed for my renewal, gave me the form necessary, write down the fees I need, and even gave me the envelope to send it when I'm ready to mail it. It took me awhile to take care of it, but I came back today to mail it. Vanessa assisted me today, checked that all the papers were filled correctly. Stapled what needed to be stapled and placed a paper clip where needed. I asked about the fees, and she double checked what I needed. I called her my guardian angel for the day. This is such a nice Post Office to have with caring and courteous workers.

Dropped a priority mail envelope in the mailbox on Sunday evening. Knowing that the first "pickup" wouldn't be till Monday 9am I was ok with that. They are supposed to check the box several times throughout the day. They didn't check the box till 5PM. Now for the priority mail that I paid for to be at its destination by Wednesday will now not make it there till Thursday.

Went in for a passport appointment. John was Very helpful and informative. It was a very easy quick in and out appointment. Wish everything was this easy hahaha
Although I was in there a short time, I can honestly say the staff was friendly and quick and the line that started, moved fairly quickly.

I live in East meadow and I have been waiting three days for my outgoing mail to be taken from my mailbox. I don't know what these guys do but I've had mail delivered and mail not picked up to go out.

Just came out of the post office and the NICEST staff I have ever encountered at a post office. The rep that helped me Maria was so nice and helpful.

Terrible. Never answer the phone. Let it ring and then disconnects you. Their internet service has been down since before Christmas 2021 so try mailing packages and bulk mail is a huge problem. Manager/supervisor won't come out of office to address customer issues.
