“Pete is an honest business man. I brought my daughter's car there and he tracked down the problem. The battery was being drained by something. Another mechanic said it was the battery. It turns out that there was a remote start on the car that we didn't know about and He explained what was needed to me in a respectful way and did not talk down to me.
