I made an appt 2 weeks ago and when I got there today the place was closed. I reached out to the owner and she indicates a family emergency came up. ok understand but why not contact your clients to let them know you aren't able to make it in? I live a half hour away so a courtesy phone call would have been nice. this is actually The 2nd time I've shown up for my appt and doors were closed. i do not recommend this place. go elsewhere for a haircut. very unprofessional to just not show up for your clients and no text or call

The space and wash were great, but the cut was awful. Absolutely never going back.
Update: I'm not in the system because I was a walk in. Sad that you would doubt my credibility just because you don't like my review - I have no reason to make a fake review up. Maybe avoid letting an auntie-in-training (who was very nice btw) practice on your new customers. I even pointed out that the back looked wrong, and the few snips you did didn't really help it much. It was like a 90s-style hair cut. Thank you and I wish you well.

She is sweet and kind and very bubbly with an amazing heart.
Take my word and make and appointment at stylish salon and lasor even if it is just for an eyebrow threading.
You will be so excited when you see how beautiful her work is.

Saniya stepped in last minute to do my hair and make-up for one of my wedding events when my artist had an emergency. I could've have been happier with Saniya's work. I got so many compliments on my hair and make-up that night, and absolutely loved my look! 100% recommend

the owner of this place is very nice however i came to do my eyelashes, which i have been doing for years at other places, and i have never experienced something like this before. i’m not sure what kind of lashes or glue she used but they were not the correct ones. after getting them done i immediately tried to find a different place to get them off because i was panicking cause i knew that they were not done right. when you looked at them you saw clumps of glue and when i would open my eyes it would block some of my vision. it wasn’t an allergic reaction it was just not done correctly. i spent two hours at a different place for them to only be able to get half of it off and say that the lady glued them to my lashes and eyelids and they didn’t want to hurt me or my natural lashes to take the rest off. i went back to her to see if she could get them removed and after another hour of having my eyes burn from the glue remover they finally all came off however there was still glue left on my lashes. i spent the next three days with my eyes swollen and my nature lashes very sensitive. the lady was very accommodating and never rude about the situation but this could had been a very dangerous thing. i think that she should practice more and get the right equipment before offering this service to any other customer or just take it off completely.Service: Eyelash extensions
