I'm only taking 1 star off because isn't it known as a dairy place but has no chocolate milk? HOW? WHY? lol. Anyway my dad supposedly told us about this place years ago and our son would like it, but it wasn't until my hub's coworker told him about it did we say lets go! Took our son and y up he loved it. Got some yummy cookies, tried the cider, and debated strawberry milk but nah. Also of course tried their ice cream which is good. We'll probably come back around halloween, maybe they'll have some kind of chocolate milk or I heard it's cool for the holiday :P

After watching NY Times' YouTube video titled "Working at the Largest Grocery Store in Yonkers," we thought this location was due a visit. Stew Leonard's is a hybrid of Wegmans, Trader Joe's, IKEA, and Jordan's Furniture. There is so much gourmet prepared foods (hot & cold) to choose from. Some of the more obscure brands and snacks are brought to the forefront when you have to navigate through the linear progression of the store IKEA-style. And the animatronics reminds you of Jordan's Furniture; quirky, push-activated. It's an experience. We enjoyed it along with many other shoppers.

Unfortunately this is the only review I will ever write about this store. For years we have shopped at Stew Leonards but after a recent event we will never ever step footvin Stew Leonards again. A young woman has died frpm purchasing a product that was supposed to contain NO nuts. And all Stew Leonard Jr can say it wasn't the store fault. What an absolute disgrace this man is to blame an outside company when Stew leonard should take full responsibility. Having a penut allergy myself I will nevervtrust this store again. Stew leonard jr should be ashamed of himself. You sir are a disgraceful man.

In addition to just being an awesome market, Stew is also bringing the trees every holiday season. I little late for this year or a lot early for next year, but if you get to Stew's nice and early in the season, they have a huge Christmas Tree selection of all shapes and sizes. Their prices are the best too. I will admit I went late last year and they stopped getting new trees in, but in the beginning of the season, I think they replenish every day.

Awesome supermarket. And the prices are great too. It's always clean, plenty of parking, and my favorite time to visit is at Christmas

A icon of American Retail innovation, foresight and supply chain management as a result of being a true family business. Well above and beyond any of its non gourmet competitors in affordability, customer service, marketing and experience. Worth a visit just for the experience and to see the workings and dramatic differences of a direct from producer grocer.

Love it so much. There are so many food options, a very fun shopping experience. I love pressing all the buttons to do the music and characters. Flowers, beer, ice cream, bakery, deli, cheese, seafood, much much much more. Come here weekly

This is my third trip, more like an adventure to Stew Leonard's, and the best way to describe it is a candy store for adults. The variety of items are endless and the prices are reasonable. Everything is fresh and delicious. The workers are very friendly and accommodating. I have never had a problem or a disappointment with anything I have ever purchased here. I plan on returning often and highly recommend this store to one and all. The.children will love the displays throughout the store. I definitely give Stew Leonard's 5 delicious stars.

Absolutely love it here! Their selection is very unique and can’t find a selection like this anywhere else. It opens my creative cooking palette! Oh and do not go there on an empty stomach.

Stew Leonard is simply the best place to get beef. They offer beautiful butcher cuts at competitive prices. Best of all, they offer incredible deals weekly for whole cuts that you can custom cut into steaks from half inch to two inches.

We've built a tradition of going to Stew's for our Christmas Tree for over a decade. During that time, the price of the Christmas trees has skyrocketed while the trees have gotten progressively worse. This year's trees are the most pathetic-looking trees you've ever seen. It's like shrinkflation for trees. The cathedral trees, advertised as over 8', are hardly that. Once you take a fresh cut, you'd be lucky if you're still over 8'. Very disappointing. We won't be going back.

Ordered roast Turkey breast and pies for Thanksgiving. The turkey breast was so delicious, moist and perhaps the best I've ever eaten! It fed 5 people at dinner plus we have enough for the day after for 5 people. My mom took the rest home. Online says feeds 8-10 people. In reality it's enough for 12!

Stew Leonard's is one of the most unique supermarkets and shopping centers I've ever been to for food and fresh produce! They even give delicious samples of foods on certain days that I absolutely adoreddd... so yummy! The food and vibe of the store is also just so unique and I recommend anyone to try visiting and shopping at Stew Leonard's at least once!My favorite parts is their chicken bar (yummy!) and pastry section. Then my favorite food to buy their in general from the shelves and freezers is their spicy patties! So delicious grilled! They just have so many options and a lot to sample.
