My husband dropped my car off here at 10am to have an auto start installed. They said 4 hrs it will be ready. He went back at 4 pm and the guy said he needed a couple more hours. Well, at 7pm we went back only for them to say they couldnt do it on this model/make of car. Like why didnt u say that in the beginning? Very unprofessional place, shoulda read the reviews first. Very disgraceful. The inside looks like a hoarder runs this place. So cluttered and messy

I got my new radio put in last year and afterwards my heated seats stopped working, so I called tried to make an apt. To get them fixed and it was always “too busy”. So the other day I took my console apart to learn that the reason my heated seats didn’t work was because they were disconnected to put the radio in. I shouldn’t have to choose between listening to music or having heated seats.

I went here because I thought it was a fish market because of something I read online. Turns out they do not sell fish, but they sell radio.East Meadow Town Flyer mentioned an aquatic fish store on the turnpike, I can’t find it. I will keep looking.This place smelt like fish though, but did not sell it.

Adam is a Crook. Charged me over double of what I was originally quoted by manufacturer. Manufacturer confirmed that I shouldn't have been charged as much. Also, charged me a bogus "Missed Appointment Fee" on the day of install! I wouldn't recommend AT ALL.

The people who work there are VERY RUDE and disrespectful. They curse at the customers smoke in the waiting room where customers sit and wait for their cars to get done. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I would NEVER recommend them to any

Quoted me $399 for store in stock car starter installed in a 2018 Subaru. Dropped car off at 10 am and told it would take 3-4 hours. I had to call a 7 pm to find out that they could not figure it out and would need to keep it over night. Next evening at 6:00 pm went to pick it up, all of a sudden the bill was $550 plus tax. The starter that was installed was $60 on Amazon. Total rip off. Staff is chain smoking inside, and the place is trashed. My car now smells like someone smoked 2 packs of smokes in it. I will NEVER return. I will never recommend to anyone.

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here EVER!!!! . Its smells like cigarettes when you first walk in and the service is bad.I came in to put a auto start in my girlfriend car as a surprise for her birthday. I drop the car off to them at 11a.m for it to be ready no later than 4p.m .as soon as I arrive at 330 to pick it up.they haven't even started on my car at all. The gave me some excuse saying that one of there guys broke down or was running late. They didn't even call me to tell me the issue and that they would be a delay . I will never ever come back here again

We had an auto start installed in our Jeep. It wasn't an easy installation but the guys explained everything to us and asked us to bring back the car when they could contact the manufacturer. We were a little apprehensive but decided to bring it back. They took the car the next day, worked out the issues and now we have a fully functional auto start on our car. They spent a ton of time on the car and honored the price that they quoted. I would definitely recommend them.
