They sold my mom very expensive shoes that were available much cheaper on the Internet. After arguing with them they would still only allow an exchange.Don’t go here.

I had my first (And LAST) visit at this store yesterday. I had purchased 3 pairs of sandals recently and spent a lot of money. I ordered 2 more pairs in different colors for another $400. The 2 pairs of dress flat sandals were great - with VELCRO closures. The remining white pair of casual sandals were fastened by buckles. I realized the first time I wore them them I could not do the buckles by myself - so I was not going to accept the other 2 pairs when they came in. I go to tell them I can't accept the remining 2 pairs and I wanted my $50 deposit back. While the sales associate Mandy was gracious and understanding, the owners were awful and must not have any business sense whatsoever. First I was told by the owner that of the $50 deposit was $30 of their shipping costs , so I could only get $20 back. I even offered to take the $50 as store credit for a future visit. Then I was reminded that is was the end of the season (really 7/9 is the end of the summer buying season) so who knows when my 2 pairs that went back into their inventory would ever be purchased. Then the owner wanted me to at least buy and take home one of the 2 pairs ordered - well why would I do that if I can't put on and take these sandals off by myself due to the buckles and not having VELCRO! At that point, I knew they were not going to give whatsoever. The store credit - that I said I would use in the fall since I already saw a pair of shoes I would want - did not satisfy the owner. I just don't get it - a customer who spent over $400 on 3 pairs of sandals and you're fighting me over your $30 shipping cost???? I told the outstanding sales associate that these owners have lost a customer for life!!! I ask him to let them know that. Their lack of business sense is shocking...and terribly sad. I will NEVER advise people to buy from this store ever ever again!!! I have never written any negative reviews on Yelp in my life - but I did so this time for the reasons stated above. If I could have given them no stars - I would have!!!

Ok place to look for shoes. Couple run the place but not entirely interested in service, no measuring or listening with guidance A lot to look at and prices are high but too still may find what you need.

Shop with care. He spent a great deal of time fitting my daughter for shoes. Truth be told I would never have gotten the sizing right, so I paid for the labor and expertise of the owner. HOWEVER! I ended up noticing I paid DOUBLE what I would have paid via Amazon. However, if I had gone through Amazon I would have ordered the wrong size at least 3 times. So I spent money, but saved time. We needed the school shoes for the next school day. (If you think you know your size... you might not. If you do actually know it, take a gander at other stores, maybe). I hope the shoes last the rest of the year... if not, I'll take away a star or two.

After being a customer for years and spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this store, I will never shop here again after being sold a defective pair of sneakers. The sole came apart from the sneaker within weeks of buying them. The older gentleman with the white beard brought me another pair of the same brand that were peeling. I brought it to his attention. I believe they have sneakers/shoes sitting there for a prolonged period of time that after awhile they start peeling and coming apart. He offered me 50% off another shoe but then asked me for the receipt which I no longer had. He remembered me from a month ago when I spent almost $500 but was no longer willing to give me the 50% off of another shoe unless I gave him the receipt. Super disappointed. This is not how you treat a good loyal customer.

Spent almost $500 on 3 pairs of shoes a few weeks ago. The sole came apart from the bottom of the sneaker. When I went back to the store to see about getting an exchange. The older bearded Indian guy offered me 50% off if I buy another pair. He then brought me a pair of sneakers that were peeling. I now believe they have shoes/sneakers sitting in the back for too long and they start rotting. After spending more than a half hour he said he wants my receipt which I told him I no longer have. Yet he remembered me from weeks earlier and that I bought 3 pairs of shoes. Highly disappointed with the quality of the shoes and even more disappointed that he did not want to do right by a loyal customer. They lost my business for sure!

Stay away from this place. Terrible customer relations and support. They do not back up their products. You will get better treatment and save a ton of money at a chain shoe store

Don't buy anything from this place. I bought a pair of new balance shoes the whole bottoms ripped off and they wouldn't back their purchase. The reason we go to these kinds of stores is to get customer service. Go to famous footwear or to a chain you'll get much better service than this place
