I been coming to this salon for pass year and every time I walk in for a eyebrow there always an issue for a wait jasmine always telling me she has someone one come again later instead of making me wait she can fix the problem than helping out you’re customers they rather lose their customers so today I walked out while she said that to me I decided to change my eye brow place !!!!

My friend went to this salon on 01-28-2024 and had the worst experience of her life. The lady handling her treatments ended up ruining her face. The disappointment is beyond words. The lack of professionalism and the impact on my friend's appearance have left us extremely dissatisfied with the salon's services. We hoped for a positive and rejuvenating experience, but sadly, it turned out to be the opposite. It's disheartening when a salon visit results in such a negative impact on someone's well-being. We won't be recommending this salon to anyone based on this regrettable experience.

My friend visited your salon, and during her time there, her face started turning red, escalating to a fully red and uncomfortable state. Addressing this concern with the owner, she expected understanding and resolution. However, the owner's response was disheartening – a mere apology and a claim that it's a normal occurrence in their history. This dismissive attitude left my friend truly disappointed. As customers, we anticipate a level of care and responsibility from salon owners, especially when it involves the well-being of their clients. This experience has sadly fallen short of expectations, leading to significant disappointment.

I visited this salon on 01-28-2024 for waxing, facial, and threading, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. Following the services, my face not only turned red but has become fully red, causing significant discomfort. When I initially addressed this concern with the owner, she offered a genuine apology, acknowledging the distress caused. However, her subsequent response has left me utterly disappointed.
Two days ago, the owner assured me a full refund and complimentary services for any future visits. Today, this commitment seemed to change. Instead of upholding her initial promise, she now states a refund only for the facial and limits future complimentary services to facial treatments alone, contradicting her prior commitment.
This inconsistency and apparent backtracking on promises have deeply disappointed me. As a customer, I expect transparency and reliability in the services promised. I hope the salon can rectify this situation promptly to regain customer trust and uphold the integrity of their commitments.
