I recently visited M&C Service in East Meadow for a routine vehicle inspection. I have a documented medical exemption for my window tints, which I brought with me. However, when I presented this exemption, the staff refused to acknowledge it. They insisted that no such exemption exists and became increasingly hostile. Instead of explaining their stance or discussing the issue calmly, they started yelling at me, creating a very uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. Eventually, they escalated the situation by kicking me out of the service center. I found their behavior to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.

Took my jeep wrangler for valve cover gasket replacement. They did an awesome job. I can get back on the road and keep driving it. Dealer quoted me $9000. They did it for $1200. Amazing. AJ, Ammar, and Ali are a wonderful trio. A true testament to what it means to run a small business in America!

Very professional, honest, and reasonable, mechanic shop. I would highly recommend them.They will only fix whatever is needed. I went there numerous times complaining about my brakes and other minor stuff upon checking them out they told me my brakes are fine. Just need a little brake cleaner also regarding the other parts, they did a quick cleanup and everything worked fine. they didn’t even charge me for that.Ali and the young guy are the best !!

Stay away -- especially women. Tried to scam me during a routine inspection for a less than 5-year old car with fewer than 40k miles. I stopped by on NYE for my annual inspection. The guys at the front seemed nice and friendly, but started to ask me a lot of questions about the car -- probably to size up whether they could take me for a ride. A few minutes later, they came back and claimed that my brakes needed to be fully replaced because the brake pads had "completely worn away" -- in their words, "metal on metal." I knew that our brake pads were due for a change in the next month or two, but because our car gets serviced every six months, I told them there was no way the pads were so worn down they couldn't pass the inspection. They claimed they couldn't pass the inspection, but that they "wouldn't fail" the car, "as a courtesy." Red flags everywhere. Before packing up to go, I asked them to show me. They brought me over and flashed a flashlight on the front wheels. When I pointed out that the brakes and brake pads aren't visible unless the tires are off, they said they'd remove the tires to show me (which they apparently hadn't done yet). I told them no way and headed out of there. Went straight to our car dealer's service center, who confirmed -- on video -- that our car had 2mm of brake pads on both front brakes and should have passed any inspection.
