Great place to workout. Staff is full of energy and ready to help with anything you may need. Covid procedures are consistent and does not take away from the workout environment. Pricing is reasonable. Plenty of equipment ready for use even with social distancing you will almost never wait on a machine or free weight. Offers a free first workout without putting any pressure on you to join which makes you feel much more comfortable joining. Would recommend.

work out was great, definitely a struggle if you're just starting to get back into working out, you start feeling the burn right away!! which is good - overall good body work out.

I noticed my previous review had been taken down, this is something people need to know. Hope FitnessI worked for Hope Fitness between 2017 and 2018 and although it was one of the greatest jobs I ever had it was quickly ruined. I was an independent contractor, it was my responsibility to open the site when necessary , run group classes and train individuals clients, and close up.It's not rocket science that a job where you're making a positive influence in some ones life, a life that's often cast aside with very little choice, and people that rarely take the time to care because to every one they associate with, their usually just a job. At the end of the day your self esteem & efficacy is going to get a boost. That is, unless ruined by a monster and I'm not talking about the energy drink. When I was first hired by Harvey, the owner of the uhkm "5013cnon profit " I was promised the world and received a brick. When I met Harvey I was currently in training for another position with Northwell Health. My training schedule conflicted with a client he wanted me to train. I received this grand speech, that I was the future of Hope Fitness, he told me he had all these things in the works and very soon I'd have more clients and groups than I could hope for. His pay was generous for the industry, so I bowed out from Northwell and told him he has my time.In return there was not a single week where I had more than 5 hours most weeks were 3. I would keep addressing the fact and he would try to send me off like he was doing me a favor. It wasn't long until I saw that his business ethics went far below offering up hours that don't exist. All of our clients had special needs in some form. Some more functional than others . The monster that was within Harvey is how he would insult, humiliate, verbally and emotionally abuse many of the clients including his own son.His son, a very sweet quite young man with special needs, Harvey would call "short, fat, and round" (for no other reason than he was angry at his ex wife for allowing the young man to eat the way she did.) He would also insult the young mans dress. With a cold harsh tone he would often ask what are you wearing, doesn't your mother know how to dress you?" Then proceed to complain about his ex wife to anyone who will listen, right in front of his son.I could list dozens of things he did to clients that would make most people queezy in their gut. He would leave a non verbal, nearly quadriplegic young man sitting alone in an empty building on more than 1 occasion, while he was outside speaking on his cell phone. There was this disgusting moldy old water cooler he would make the clients drink from while he had a stocked refrigerator of bottled water for himself or "certain " clients. When I said I'd bring in bottled water for my clients, he told me no. I have The pictures and phone recording to prove it...honestly what more needs to be said than that? After I quit, I tried every avenue to help the clients still under his reign. No one would or could. Contacted some local politicians I knew...they could careless. Called CPS but they are all adults, so I called APS, they said they couldn't do any thing so I called the justice department but out their so say jurisdiction, they told me go file a complaint at local Precinct, I tried they said not their area call department of justice, I did no one got back.I see the Yelp review I put up got taken down, I'm not sure why or how, it says in their terms business can not get them removed; so I'm making sure this message stays active
