I went to 5 Star to purchase a vehicle and it was definitely the best experience that I ever had dealing with a car dealership..Most dealerships are only trying to make a buck off of you..but Ryan and Peter and the rest of the associates at this particular dealership took time to make my very first buying experience a blast..I being from Brooklyn recommends that anyone come to these guys for an exciting first buyer's experience..No question..

Their customer service is horrible and unprofessional. When you contact a customer and if they're not interested, you as a company shouldn't hang up without saying anything that's completely RUDE.

Be aware!!!! They post fake vehicles on Facebook Marketplace to lure you into their lot. Once there they tell you that the car is parked somewhere else, Shame on them for advertising a price which is actually 6 to 8k more in reality when you are finalizing the deal. They make you buy complete care package and some anti theft chip for 6k mandatory purchase or else they wont sell you the car. And yet the salesman kept saying we are very transparent unlike others.. Ohh! did i mention that their inventory is too small.Run away.. you will get ripped off.. read other reviews

They are car dealers and running scam at "5 Star Auto Sales", i went there but the car that I like wasn't even there , they convinced me to come all the way down feom staten island and didn't even care about the customers service and they tried convincing me to share my information to get buy another car for them, that's why they have a bad reviews. be aware.

90% of cars on the lot are GREY MARKET cars they buy them from out of the country and ship them in which is why they will show u a carfax but it wont have any information at all than they add on LoJack that doesnt even work and charge u almost 10K over what they are asking online they all scam artist STAY AWAY IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME I WOULDVE NEVER BOUGH FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL
