I've been banking here for a very long time and customer service is satisfactory. I rarely go in because I use their app in 99% of my banking needs. I came in today to get some cash, and it was a comfortable experience. Place is clean, a little wait because of the line to get into the 2 atm, but overall good.

Went in to start a new checking account for my niece. Francisco made the process very easy and did the whole process while answering all our questions. Highly recommend him to start a new account with this bank.
