I learned about Automotive Technology through Reddit! Finding mechanics who you can actually trust is honestly one of the most difficult tasks in the world, and you start to lose faith in people. I just wanted to give a big thanks to Pete and all his welcoming staff. They worked with me to get the car inspection for our 2003 Toyota Highlander completed, and took time to fit me into their busy schedule. I'm grateful for their patience and genuineness when the car didn't initially pass, and there was no extra charge for the issues being resolved, which was so generous of them. I recommend calling ahead of time to make sure your car can be serviced, and try to get there early as the lot can fill up fast. With their level of service and professionalism, I can see why. Thanks again!

As a car lover for the past 45 years, this shop is by far the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Pete, Richie, Tom, Benny and Baldwin are amazing diagnosticians and their work is unparalleled.
They are fair, honest and reasonable - 3 things which often don't go hand and hand with a repair shop. Everyone who enters the shop is treated with respect and also like a beloved family member.
I've been going there for years and I feel so lucky to know such a fine team of professionals who also happen to be incredible gentlemen.

Been going to automotive technology for over 6+ years now, The staff here are Trustworthy, Knowledgeable & Extremely Professional. They always take the time to explain issues going on and explain into layman’s terms for anything over the top. The pricing is very fair, and competitive they don’t try to take advantage, they fix what is wrong and give input but they never try and upcharge you for misc. things. I take all of my vehicles here and reccomend them to all of my family and friends. There is no place better to get all of your car/trucks needs taken care of. 11/10 would Reccomend.

Pete, Richie and the staff are the best around. They are honest, professional and reliable. They have saved me from the other local dishonest vultures like the dealerships and other shops that take advantage of people that don’t have a strong knowledge of car repair and maintenance. The Service was incredible price was reasonable timing of completion was outstanding ?????I brought my Nissan Rogue ? to Tom yesterday afternoon for an inspection and other services . My check Engine light was on after being struck by a motorist . Tom was very polite and extremely professional . Had the job done by this morning. I would definitely recommend Automotive Technology Of E.M. to anyone who’s looking for honesty in a repair shop ....Also would like to add Last year I stopped in because a senior light came on and I wasn’t sure what it was Tom took the time out to explain what it meant without judgement and reduced the air pressure in my tire and proceeded to check the other three without being asked . ♥️Thank YouTheresa Carroll
