Came in was a little skeptical at first switching from carriers. That’s always a process dealt with Joseph. He made it painless and easy. Took care of everything from start to finish. Was even willing to go to my car and set up my Bluetooth. Very excellent customer service very satisfied customer is here. He also helped me save money by combining my Verizon bills together.

My phone screen cracked, and I could not swipe and get into my phone. We visited Verizon and spoke with Joe, who tried his best to fix and explained that due to the damaged screen, I had to either replace the screen or purchase a new phone.
My phone was 4 years old so I opted to go with a new phone. Joe used a mini mouse and was able to get into my old phone upload and transfer all of my info into my new phone. I couldn't thank him enough for going over and above to help me as a lot would've been lost otherwise.
He also helped me with a few other changes on my account as well as informed me of current promotions, which I took advantage of.
In the end, I have a brand new Samsung S24 Ultra with ALL of my info (contacts, pics, apps, etc.) thanks to Joe.
I highly recommend visiting Verizon in East Islip, NY and when you do ask for Joe!!

Went to this location for the first time for a trade-in upgrade. Had an excellent experience with John K. He helped me determine which plan would give me a free iPhone 15, with the most minimal increase in my bill for my new plan. I was satisfied with the selections of phone and accessories in stock. All the reps working were friendly. It was worth the money to have them transfer everything to my new phone for me. No hassle at all! I will be back to the East Islip location for sure!
