Joseph was very helpful when I needed a phone replacement after mine fell in the ocean. He explained all the charges and any ways to save on our monthly bill. There were a couple customers and everyone was being helped as expeditiously as possible.

Worked with Joseph getting us switched from Optimum Mobile to Verizon was a little hesitant at first because of everything that went into it but he made it very seamless transferred me and my husband’s two lines over to Verizon called Optimum and got the account number and pin for us and handled my auto pay discount also got us a fios discount and a military discount saved all my passwords and made sure everything was transferred properly when I say this service is exceptional. There is nobody better than Verizon East Islip.Thanks Joe!!!

Came in was a little skeptical at first switching from carriers. That’s always a process dealt with Joseph. He made it painless and easy. Took care of everything from start to finish. Was even willing to go to my car and set up my Bluetooth. Very excellent customer service very satisfied customer is here. He also helped me save money by combining my Verizon bills together.
