Very bad service, I asked a question to an employee, I think he is the manager. And he told me that I had to wait for another employee. Just to answer a simple question. He also spoke very rudely to a Spanish employee who works with them. That manager should not be working in that place. He should treat people better. And the worst thing is that the store does nothing. I see a lot of bad comments made about him and they don't take action on the matter.

The night Manager / Technology guy with the big beard is a **** , very rude man .I had to teach him manners and how to be polite towards a customer . Rudely told me to take all my items to the register and told me I have to get out because they closed.2 minutes after closing time , Was in there for about half hour and was technically done but he could have went about it different and asked in a better way . Talk to your pets like that not a customer who shops there On the regular.

This is a UPS drop off location, but they don’t accept drop off for QR codes provided by UPS. Complete waste of time, would be helpful if they had this posted on their website instead just having to drive out and waste time.

Samantha at the Print & Shipping Desk is an exceptional worker. I was having a very hard time with some important documents I needed printed. Samantha made it very quick & easy for me to fix an issue I was struggling with for days. I really appreciate her help. She is a tremendous asset to this store.Thank you Samantha!

I came to this particular staples and was blown away at the amazing customer service and team work of the whole store today 2/16/2023 The manager was very nice. Arleth and Ed whom works in copy and print were just amazing they were so kind and patient with helping me edit print and resize my document they had so much patience and was extremely considerate on how delicate the matter of printing my documents were. I hope the hiring managerk ows they hired angels on earth in their store.

I know this may not seem like much but I really would love to give a shout out to Christina at Staples (by Stop n Shop in East Islip)My grandfather passed away the other day and I had well over 100 pictures to scan into a USB. I asked for help to see if I was doing it right and Christina was just like 'give them to me and I'll scan them for you individually and have them ready for you by tomorrow.' I know it doesn't seem like much but that is a HUGE undertaking. It probably took forever and they came out absolutely perfect! It may sound like a small gesture but they did not have to do that but it was so kind. I hope this gets back to Christina somehow that they are really really appreciated during a hard time right now. It meant so much <3

I called the E Islip store with a few questions. I am a realtor in Montana and I had an elderly client who was staying in the area who needed to sign and fax some important paperwork. It had been sent for electronic signature but he was unable to complete the signing so we needed to find a different method. Christina answered and graciously offered to help. Within a half hour, my client was in her store and she successfully helped him get his documents signed. I was so happy to find a kind stranger who went above and beyond to help someone. I was so impressed with Christina's willingness to help without being paid. She went above and beyond!

The tech support guy Mike was fantastic and fixed my laptop within one visit. I was at the patchogue location and took five visits there through the span of 5 months and they couldn’t fix it. it took Mike one day with it to fix it. Thank you Mike!
