Best in business! I had a set of pearls that broke and he was easily able to fix this favorite set of mine. He's also polished countless rings Got my brother's engagement ring and bands And they do an incredible job with children's ear piercings! Wonderful job!

The best place to buy a custom engagement ring, wedding bands, unique Jewelry,watch,etc or special gift jewelry. Chris at scarab is amazingly talented, 30+ years experience . if he can't repair it....no one can. one of the last real jewelry stores where the owners repairs your jewelry ,they actually take the time to work on your jewelry themselves .......great people, great service at a fair price!!! keep up the good work.....noel highly recommended

These guys are the best! Got engaged for Christmas and they had their work cut out for them resizing the ring rt in front of us! We were visiting from out of town and were so happy and grateful that we found them!Extremely talented craftsmen who do honest quality work at reasonable prices!

I just had Scarab Jewelers put screw back on my late mother's beautiful earrings not only were they done quickly but at an excellent price. Excellent and professional work you can tell both Chris and John truly love their job. Now I can wear these earrings without worrying about losing this precious gift, thank you!

Nasty people overpriced jewelry I bought a pendent from them and then I walked in the next day to get a bigger bail on and they said it would be $45 after I spend 200 bucks on there

Absolutely unprofessional, and despicable jeweler. My very close friend came here to pick up her Childhood, VINTAGE, baby bracelet she was having fixed to pass down to her five year old daughter. There was a long time of miscommunication on her picking up the bracelet, but she called and asked if she could go in and get it and they said sure they have it ready! She went in to get the bracelet and one of the owners came out and SCREAMED at her in front of her five year old daughter that they didn't have her bracelet. And when she politely asked why he was acting like that, he implied she was "coming at him". She said she just asked if she could get the bracelet which she paid to have fixed. He then told her they had already melted her bracelet for gold / profit. With no warning, nothing. Sooo, considering there are TONS of jewelers on Long Island, I highly suggest you pick another location.

John and Chris are like family. I have had them in my lives for every occasion small and large. They have created unique one of a kind pieces that fit me, because they know me so well. This week a piece they helped me create over twenty years ago was damaged and my husband went there to have it fixed. As no one else could....they saved the day!
