“Towers Flowers, everyone who works there are amazing, caring, & brilliant. We had a death recently on a Saturday night & the funeral was Monday.
Fast I know but I called Towers Sunday & in less than 24 hours the incredible standing flowers were created beautifully & delivered to the funeral home.
I live out of state but called Towers directly because no one else on Long Island could have made that large of flowers & take an order on a Sunday to be delivered the next day!!!

“Carolyn & Jim were absolutely wonderful to meet in person, especially remembering their many years supporting local non profits, our Veterans, 9/11 survivors and Stony Brook Hospital patients and their children’s hospital. During COVID they sent truckloads of plants, donated plants and delivery, so patient's could feel and find hope.

“Ever since moving to Long Island, I have found myself at Home Depot more times than I would have imagined. It's so great that they're located very close to my home. They have all of the essentials and offer a very affordable price. Generally, the customer service is good, however I have noticed that there is an apparent staff shortage at times. I found myself waiting 20 minutes to get help with my project and had asked the manager multiple times for available team member for assistance. I did ultimately receive the help and I was given a 10% discount for the trouble. Parking is always plentiful and the store is neat and organized. Pretty much has anything for your home needs indoors and outdoors. Shoutout to Krissy for her excellent customer service and providing me with a discount.”
“We shopped at the Crooked Hill Rd store and bought a bbq. We had the help of Tim the garden manager and he could not have been more helpful! He helped my husband try to fit it every way possible - then took off one of the side tables so we could fit it i our car! Such a very nice man!”

“This is a clean and well stocked Home Depot. If you can get an employee to help you, they are nice, helpful and many speak Spanish. They had everything that I was looking for and it was all easy to find. The store layout is similar to other Home Depots, so it did not take long to get what I needed. The parking lot is a disaster. It is not well maintained, there are pot holes and garbage all over and lighting is not that great at night.”

“Employees were helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought some plants a few weeks ago and they are doing really well, so naturally I went back here. I love to support small businesses. Their plants are always "happy" looking and don't die right away like I've had happen from some big box stores.
