“In dealing with a stolen phone, I needed ATT to reactivate a new phone. After 3 1/2 in ATT and getting no assistance I went to Apple. Stephanie made calls and literally wrote up what I needed.. I disconnected service with ATT and went to Verizon. I thought I had complete services in Ronkonkoma, but I had multiple issues. I was advised by Stephanie and the Apple Store to go to Verizon in Lake Grove and specifically ask for David.. She said everyone was good. He was outstanding. He proved to be knowledgeable, patient and exceptionally thorough. He completed what Verizon in Ronkonkoma said could not be done. He restored my telephone number. Attached my iPad, fixed accounts so they would be working.. I will be returning to Apple to tell Stephanie, how correct she was and I will be sharing the service I received from David with the other professors at Suffolk County community college as well as my Rotary club.
