Great staff and excellent service. G is very professional and direct. Excellent custom handcrafted jewelry. Work is done on premises. I had a few watches polished and reconditioned. They looked brand new when i got them back. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped here after going to a well-known chain jeweler to get a price on repairing my mom's old ring after the stone fell out. Maria was very helpful and patient, and the work was done in-house in a very timely fashion. My mom was very pleased with the results, and they were able to beat the price I was given at the other place. I will definitely be back.

Watch sellers beware and don’t waste your time: 10 year Buyer and seller here with my own location— Gerson ‘the watchmaker’ starts chewing my Rolex on the PHONE over ‘diamonds’ which makes no sense because the original factory parts are included, also makes even less sense: before seeing a picture or knowing the information, condition, didn’t ask if it was a full set, full links, the source etc.Gerson starts immediately negating the watch because of the F VVS diamond bezel that’s listed $4000 and dial is a $2800 part anywhere.Mind that I INCLUDE the ORIGINAL FACTORY PARTS as a bonus— the watch could be back to original with swapping out the diamond dial and bezel in 10 minutes, then they can even sell the parts separately online: diamond dial $2000 on eBay and the bezel for $3000, thus beating everyone on there by $1000.I was just MATCHING the OFFER I got in DIAMOND DISTRICT and trying to save the trip. Once again — this guy does not know the correct questions to ask, just tunnel vision to get the lowest priced item, in turn blowing the deal for the owner because he didn’t even collect the information in its entirety. Don’t waste your time. Probably a guy that changes batteries and removes stones from scrap.

I have brought the same chain to this store to be fixed, 3 times. The problem: the clamp connectors have come off and the cross charm holder doesnt hold. Each time, they solder it ($75) and a couple months later one of the solders gives out. The second time they said they can't solder it anymore and I had to buy a new clamp closure, ($200 for the small one) All said I've spent $350 in this store and still have a chain that doesn't stay secure.

Mr G was completely courteous and helpful and so was the staff. I had a lot of old jewelry from many years past. He was honest with me and gave me a fair price for my gold. I will definitely recommend East Islip Jewelers to all my friends who might be looking to either sell gold or take old engagement ring settings and turn them into something new and exciting.

I came here based on the great reviews I saw online. This was by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any jeweler I've ever been to. They fixed a small stone in a wedding band and sold a gold necklace. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. Pricing for jewelry repair is reasonable. I did not even have to come back for my wedding band to be fixed - they fixed on the spot within less than 5 minutes. The whole process - I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. The guy who helped me was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back, as I have more jewelry repairs.
