“I have been going to Raindew for years and they were currently taken over by On Point ( new management - same location) I have to say that my experiences with On Point have been wonderful. I love the former in house Pharmacist Maria who left with the management change but I have been pleasantly surprised by Nick and the present pharmacy staff! My husbands insurance moved to mail order. Not happy to leave Raindew/ On Point. Last week I hade been searching for a medication that my insurance would not cover, had been back ordered most other places and is very expensive!! I was getting the runaround with OptumRx and was at my wits end - so I decided to try Raindew/ On Point. I called and spoke to Nick. He not only knew that he had the medication (available the next day) but was able to locate a coupon and got me a significant discount! When no Dr's office or hospital would pick up the phone DEC 23rd and my 95 year old Dad had Covid - I was so upset as to what course of action to take for him.
