I sent an email late last night with an urgent printing request needed by 9am today. I called @ 8:29 this am and the associate was already printing it. I had it by 8:50 and was walking out the door. Thank you!!!

I brought two shadow boxes to this store to ship to Florida. The team did an excellent job packing the frames so they would not be damaged.Jennifer Moscoso was the employee that packed my items. These were family mementos that were irreplaceable. Jennifer took great care to ensure they would arrive safe and sound.I recommend this location.

I purchased a group of 7 antique Paris porcelain plates at an online auction which were shipped from this store. I asked if they could double box and do a good job packing. Unfortunately, the store did a poor job packing the plates and one was cracked in half when it arrived in Delaware. The plates were packed horizontally stacked together rather than being on their sides. The two boxes were of the same height and the plate broke from being compressed. Also they didn't use any peanuts between the two boxes. I'm lucky only one plate broke. I suggest if you have antiques to ship do the packing yourself or find another store.

Probably the least motivated staff I've ever encountered. There is no attempt to speed lines, or speak with those of us who were waiting. Long lines and a 25 minute wait to have my documents put in an envelope that I had the shipping bill for. They just do not care about service there, and I have been there 2 to 3 times a week and it's always the same. They need to clean up their act.

The UPS Store in East Hampton has helped tremendously. I can always count from Notary Services to shipping and even my blueprints. Staff is always friendly and willing to help even with a rush print job. I will continue to visit this store.

They charged me fees for Amazon returns even though they were prepaid. I spoke with Amazon and the UPS store was not supposed to do that. Do not go here for Amazon returns.
