Owner super rude & staff not helpful. I'm amazed this guy is still in business given all the poor reviews. Take the extra time and drive to town to Village Hardware, they appreciate your patronage and the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful.

Awful place I will never go back there again. Terrible customer service. The girl that works in the front is slow and unknowledgeable , supervisor terrible . Stay away go to the Amagansett hardware instead!

Springs Hardware is excellent to pick all you Essential Hardware needs immediately. The Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. If you live in Springs safe yourself a trip to town and supply local Springs business.

Had a very bad interaction with the owner of this store this morning . I had read about him on this site, but decided to try them since they are local . That didn't last - Too bad they have lost my business, I spent a lot of money in there on a weekly basis . I will certainly not be referring my neighbors there anymore . A Bad Attitude is BAD for business.
