I had a fantastic experience at London Jewelers East Hampton this week thanks to Phoebe. I was looking for something for my wife and Phoebe was incredibly helpful in finding something.Phoebe's knowledge went beyond jewelry. We ended up talking about watches, and she gave me some insightful information and things to consider. It felt like Phoebe was genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect piece, whether it was jewelry or something else.In the end, I found the perfect necklace and left the store feeling happy and confident about my purchase. Thanks to Phoebe's excellent service, I'll definitely be back to London Jewelers in the future, and I highly recommend Phoebe to anyone looking for a positive and informative shopping experience.

Elizabeth at London Jewelers is my Jewelry Angel. She is outstanding in every way! She has cleaned a lot of my mother's silver for me and has done an incredible job! She is also very kind and considerate and helpful. I recommend London Jewelers most highly!!

What kind of "watch store" / jewelers don't have a links tool and can't adjust a watch band size?! Unbelievable! You can put a battery in a watch but don't have an eight dollar tool??On top of this, to purchase from them you must give them your full name, phone number, address, and email - zero anonymity here and intrusive. Everything but the social security to essentially make any purchase of any kind. Not a fan

First time at London Jewelers and I had a great experience. I got to work with Magali who was very hospitable and kind. I also needed my watch adjusted and they were gladly able to help. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry to visit them.

I have been to All the London jewelry stores on Long Island and the city through the years, after visiting the East Hampton location and dealing with the store manager Ed. What a difference. I was So impressed how helpful, knowledgeable, personable and fantastic he was. He has made a customer for life. What a GREAT Experience…..

Quite apart from the extensive range of watches, rings, necklaces and earrings; together with sundry similar gifts and accessories- London Jewelers also has a roomy - well appointed and stocked Humidor. It may seem like a " Pricey " location - but that's the nature of their products. All conversations I have had with other people confirms my experience.. Professional ; Knowledgeable and Supportive. And they treat you equally; whether you're buying a $500K necklace or having a watch battery replaced. Highly recommended

Flagship location of a great luxury brand. The managers Ed and Elizabeth are extremely professional and understand customer service. The sales representative Magali also was a pleasure to work with. First class, highest recommendation.

Love London Jewelers. Extensive product, and more importantly they really take care of their customers. Evvy in particular really took care of my entire family with a level of detail, responsiveness, and helpfulness that is rarely found elsewhere. I will be coming here for jewelry and watches for my family for decades to come.

Angelo Giuliano is a gem ! I have been in London jewelers numerous times and at different locations , but have NEVER felt as welcomed as I did today in East Hampton! If you are looking to buy jewelry or a timepiece, I would definitely see Angelo, he will treat you like Gold!
