Helpful staff and like that they have someone there to customize shoes a little more as an option. I just wish that they had more of a selection when it comes to the men's section.

Writing this review to showcase the amazing customer service, kindness and expertise we experienced with Joseph at the East Hampton store. My wife and I spent the day going in and out high-end stores and no one was as welcoming as he was. Made my wife’s first purchase of Golden Goose Sneakers a pleasant one.

Nice store….staff was very upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable. Had a great experience today. Worked with the Sneaker Maker and now have a pair of shoes that no one else in the world will ever have. So happy I was able to stop by!

After visiting the golden goose store in Soho, I was surprised, and excited to see a store out here in east hampton!!! . Joseph helped me out, he had great customer service skills and convinced me to make a purchase, he really knew what he was talking about, and understood where I was coming from, Now golden goose is my favorite designer runner brand????. Will be coming back from time to time to shop, Thank you guys sooo much????
