Very helpful and honest owner and staff. I had my oil change done here and my tires were low on air. The owner was helpful and very easy to work with. Prices were fair.

I came to Empire Auto/Big Monkey service to get a diagnostic run on the car I use for work. The blinkers and almost every other light wasn't working for some reason and I couldn't figure out why. After calling and visiting almost every other mechanic in the East Hampton and Amaganssett area with no luck, I stopped by here just to see if they could help. They took me in no prob and by the next morning it was fixed!! Super grateful and glad that I tried my luck one more time here. 10/10 would recommend :)

Absolute scum working here twice I've tried to get just a lil top up even giving the man the amount i wanted 20 bucks and he fills her up outing me 100+ while i run in and buy some morning snacks or energy drinks on my way to work. Just fowl business practice shady and then they say that you said "fill it up" as a mind game two thumbs way the hell down.

Absolute idiot. All i wanted was a few gallons but somehow this dolt gave way more than i wanted charging me 3 times more. Couldn't hear me yelling at him to stop untill it was too late. Never again with this guy. If i can make a recommendation to anyone forced to stop at this garbage station is use cash. That way his paycheck pays for his stupidity and not my credit card.

I went to this gas station during COVID. It is FULL SERVICE, and the attendants do not practice the 6 foot observance. In fact, when I attempted to pump my own gas, an attendant came within 2 feet of me and started yelling I couldn't use the pump. THIS IS ILLEGAL!
