Today, I witnessed one your employees, “Jennifer” be very rude and condescending to an older Hispanic CUSTOMER (not me) who just needed some assistance with self checkout. Very unprofessional to say the least!I have never been a huge fan of this IGA and today sealed it for me.IGA please invest is some sensitivity training for your employees. We have enough rude people out east.

Self checkout worker had the worst attitude towards my wife just because we were asking questions about the machine. She gave her an eye role. Does not seem like she wants to help out customers. 1/14/24

We buy most our groceries here when in East Hampton. It is a bit crowded and difficult to navigate in times of Covid when you want more space, but this IGA has most of what you need so you can relax and enjoy the Hamptons

This place is a good place to shop, but from my experience I would say they are a bit expensive. I can't comment much on the service they offer because my encounter there never really have much persons present, just someone who is there to assist with the easy check out section. I have it a 3 star because there is lots of room for improvement, especially in the hiring process.
