Spent $50 on 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 bagels and 2 coffees. I specifically asked for crispy well done bacon on my BEC. The bacon in my sandwich was raw. Also ordered a SEC and the sausage was cold. Seemed to only be thawed quickly. Inedible expensive junk.

Based on the reviews I read I almost didn’t go but am glad I did and want to give a very positive review. I was warmly greeted with a smile and great eye contact at the sandwich counter. The employee gladly customized my sandwich and it was very delicious and lasted for two meals. I certainly didn’t mind the fact that the staff spoke Spanish amongst themselves.

Don’t go to Brents late, near closing time otherwise you will not be able to get anything at the deli counter. I walked, The girl didn’t even look at me and just said that they were closed, just asked what I wanted and said that she couldn’t make it because it was closed and it was still 40 minutes from closing time. I just wanted to get an açai bowl

It's a shame that when you get there no one greets you and they don't even ask you what you want, they all turn their backs and are not attentive to any customer who comes to greet or ask what they need...the food is still good. but the service is terrible....improve customer service

My husband and I frequent this place for quick bites on the go. However, I decided to step inside for the 1st time, and it was horrible. There was a Hispanic female at the register that never even looked up at me while speaking to me. She proceeded to ring me up, and so I used the opportunity to request to use the restroom. She flatly stated "no" and that was it. No eye contact, no explanation, no apologies for inconvenience,
just a flat, dry, "no!" That was enough for me to walk out. I spend money here all the time, and today was no different. There's so many other competitors for food, but good customer service is hard to find these days! I will not be returning, rather spend our money where we feel appreciated and treated with respect at minimum.

Great place for lunch or to pick up grocery items. It is very similar to a 7 11 except food, especially their prepared food, is much better. They have great options for lunch and dinner.

Well I like the fact that they remodeled the kitchen area and cleaned it up but I am sick of the employees behind the counter yapping in Spanish and ignoring customers that speak English and it has happened enough times to make me write this

BEWARE! Tried the hot food, and I got the worst case of food poisoning in my life I spent two days on the toilet the Board of Health needs to inspect the kitchen before more people get food poisoning, or even worse

New ownership is awful, deli is near impossible to order from let alone get the order right. Really hoping this place turns it around bc it's been a staple in the community for years.
