My experience at Blue Mercury in East Hampton was disappointing, to say the least. As a black woman searching for foundation, I encountered the all-too-familiar issue of my shade not being available in-store. Consequently, I had to resort to ordering online, with the promise of delivery to my address within a few days. However, the product never arrived, and attempts to contact the store proved futile as calls never seemed to connect.Frustrated by the lack of communication and unresolved issue, I resorted to disputing the charge with my bank. Unfortunately, even my bank failed to side with me on this matter, exacerbating my frustration. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service and lack of accountability.Moving forward, I intend to escalate this matter to Blue Mercury's corporate office. My advice to others considering shopping at this location is simple: if they don't have your desired product in stock, don't bother. Chances are you'll face similar issues with receiving your order and obtaining a refund will be an uphill battle.

Ran out of hair cream so I stopped at blue mercury to take a look. The location had 2 staff but neither of them came to help. Some products I wanted to try didn't have any sample bottles to try so I walked out empty handed

Tiffany Carullo of the Southampton Buemercury and her friends are maligning a neighboring businesses Google Business listing because code enforcement was asked to enforce the 2 hour parking on Main Street during Christmas time because so many Main Street parking spaces were being occupied by employees 8 hours of the day when they are for all of our customers. So many customers complaining no parking. No one was ticketed they were asked to comply with parking in the lot. It is vicious what she's doing and as a corporate employee she should know better. Corporate was made aware of the situation yet Tiffany continues to attack with poor reviews through her friends. Most unprofessional behavior. Shame on BlueMercury district manager et al for letting her write untruths and disparaging remarks about another business on their Google Business listing. MEAN GIRL!

I needed a break from Sag Harbor so my friends and I decided to go to East. When we were there we decided to go to the bluemercury. After shopping around for a little we saw that they had a nice variety of products. I picked up a lip balm that my friend recommended. However, when I got to the cashier, she told me that they do not accept cash. I was shocked because I thought this was illegal (and it is). I am throughly disappointed in my experience. I am aware that the cashiers cannot do anything about this but I hope that someone of a higher authority sees this and does something about it. Overall: They had a nice variety of products but the Ulta Beauty in bridgehampton has a better selection and accepts all kinds of payments.

This review is about the Bluemercury in Southampton NY.I recently went in the store and looked at Tom Ford cosmetics and asked a price of an item and can I sample it.The attitude the sale associate was horrific she didn't want to be bothered and didn't even ask me if I liked the product.They are having a Tom Ford event coming up soon and she didn't even mention it.The store was a mess trash all over the place, stuff on the floor etc.A couple weeks prior I went in and a customer was making a purchase and a sales associate was mocking this poor person. Made me sick.This place is going down the drain and they don't even accept cash anymore.Besides that you would think the employees would give a dam about the customers but that never happens.People in the community feel the same way.Don't know how they stay in business.I would give ZERO stars if I could.Never stepping foot in that store again!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I've been shopping atBluemercury for years. I wasn't greeted or even offered assistance. Thankfully I knew what I needed. I am accustomed to going into a Bluemercury store and being greeted by professionals and courteous people. And said people look like they represent the Brand. The Southampton location is anything but. No customer service and the employees look sloppy. If I'm paying premium prices for skin care and make up, the staff should be at least presentable. Very sad.

The sales people were kind and helpful. The gift was wrapped beautifully with potpourri and ribbons in a cellophane bag. I did not spend much money, but the service was top knotch nonetheless.

The staff is incredibly friendly and very dedicated to helping you find what you need for hair, skin, nails and makeup. They sell some of the most gentle and natural face products. They also give out samples of anything you'd like to try
