So, I originally went to nearby Amagansett repair shop (Bock Auto) & was quoted ~$1800 for an alternator replacement on a 2008 Toyota Camry ? ? I was charged $180 for them to tell me this ? I asked around, eventually got to JSM. Jose was a pro. Young woman behind the counter was upfront and clear. The best best part was it ended up costing ~$500 for the exact same repair work ? ? JSM you have a permanent customer and I'll be telling everyone I meet out here ?”

That was exactly my experience with damaged front shocks. The owner Jose and his team make the handling of auto troubles to the customer’s benefit! It’s hard enough to have to deal with auto problems so to find an honest and efficient auto repair owner near your home is like finding gold. “Guillermo was leaving for the day and saw me at the Air Machine. He stopped his car and jumped out to help me and actually found a nail in my tire. With out missing a beat he patched my tire and checked the other three. Not knowing there was a nail I would have wound up with a flat on the side if the highway. Found this place a few years back based on a recommendation of a co-worker and haven't looked back since.
These guys bend over backwards to get your car fixed, tested , tuned up and finished with whatever services are needed. They have even worked on my car problems till late (evening) in the day and way past their closing time just to get the car back to me in great working condition. I cannot complain about any service they have ever given me.
Plus they are totally fair and honest about their examination, evaluation, repair and pricing of whatever repair I have needed, car. They breakdown line by line the parts and services needed. And any problem that crops up , they will inform you of it and proceed according to your decision.
