My phone fell in the toilet & broke. Felt bad about coming into the store an hour before closing, but Darrius took care of my husband and I without feeling rushed & even stayed an extra 20 minutes for us. He even mentioned that my husband could get a brand new phone if he wanted to for practically free that day. So we both walked out with brand new phones!!Darrius was extremely straight forward, personable, honest and patient. We were going to do this all online, but happy we stopped in instead. Thank you!!!

Darrius is an excellent Verizon representative. He is knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He takes his time to explore different options and explains different plan details in way that you can understand. His no nonsense attitude and kindness is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Nichole at the East Greenbush store. Her customer service is second to none. I’m thoroughly impressed (which isn’t easy to do) with her friendliness, professionalism and integrity; all of which are rare to find in sales. Nichole has a customer for life. Go see her! You won’t be disappointed.

Stay away from verison and this store. Immediately upon entering the stench of cologne is suffocating. I had a headache within minutes. To which we aWaited for quite some time. While waiting my wife bumped her head on the giant obnoxious V placed over their only waiting bench. I heard a salesman giving the pitch to a lady and can't help but feel sorry for her because he's lying to her about verison paying you for turning in an old phone. Took me 2 years and a complaint to BBB to get what I was owed. Even still, they refused to admit their mistake but secretly dident bill me for a few months. Stay away. Far far away. Speak with your wallet. Don't overpay for cellular service. Be smart and choose services that value you because verison most assuredly does not
