Our child has attended this tutor time since newborn. The loving staff and admin made us feel much more comfortable with the transition. We have had nothing but great experiences from everyone at tutor time!

We did not have a good experiance in this day care. well let me start with the director , she didn't have a welcoming face , she just do a minimal job. Our son's teacher tried her best but she had 7 kids in a class room by herself so obviously she looks very tired. our son is not even 3 years old and he was very bored in the class room. i didn't see kids friendly environment , it was just boring even for me to stay there ( for 5 min conversation ) . IF there is an incident happened in a class room while the teachers are there all day with the kids , well they ask you to sign about the incident ( as if you were there while it happened ), the kids are very young That's why they are there . my son stayed there 2 days but i could say more about the day care . Anyways I highly do not recommend this daycare !

I called for information on the summer program for my son, the gentleman refused to give me info without taking a tour. All I literally wanted to know was how to go about enrolling my son into the program. I did schedule a tour, sat on my entire half hour lunch break at work only for the staff to not answer the virtual tour video call OR phone number. I left a voice mail even after waiting and STILL no call back. Im disgusted in the lack of professionalism this company offered. Wasted my time multiple times.

We visited Tutor time of East Greenbush back in Aug' 18 due to good reviews but I'm highly disappointed with the management. I was informed that there is wait line until Jun'19 for the enrollments. We put our name on the wait list and touching base with the daycare every month since then. I called back in Jun'19 for the enrollment and I was told that there is no availability until later this year.I called back in Nov'19 to enroll my child for Mar'20 and I got pretty positive response. However when I called in Jan for finalizing the process, I have been told that there are no openings and we might have to wait additionally until later 2020 which is absolutely not acceptable since we are already on the list since 2018. We have emailed and called multiple times with the promises of call back but never received any response. We have to change our moving plans and currently searching for other daycare at the last moment due to these erratic responses from the management.I suggest to avoid this place for it's mismanagement, no structured way for enrolling the kids, and providing wrong information to the parents.

My wife and I did a walk through here on 1/22/2019. At that time we decided to enroll our son starting in September of 2019. So we paid the $175 registration/ reservation fee. On 7/12/2019 we received a call that told us our son would not be able to start until spring if 2020 due to management and personnel changes. This would not work for us, so we were stuck scrambling to find another option for our son at the last minute. Most importantly they have yet to refund us our money after multiple calls. Wouldn't recommend using such a miss managed company. I'm now looking into my legal options.

Tutor time is not the cheapest daycare option out there. I wish it was a little more affordable but these are my kids we are talking about. I would rather skimp somewhere else than on my girls. The teachers have all been fantastic. My kids are way more developed than our friends children at the same age and even a little older. I would love to credit that to my hands on parenting, but they spend their days at Tutor Time while I am at work. We know that children will pick up any habit quickly, but I am always impressed to have my 3 year old tell me a story about her day and her Teacher Miss Nikki and Miss Rebecca. I can tell that she is actively engaged and learning while there. They are not just watched, they are involved. The teacher (Miss Shelby) for my 1 year old will ask me what we are working on at home. I'll state that we are working hand eye coordination or maybe getting her to walk without holding on our furniture. At the end of the day, I will get a report card on what they tried to work on. Tutor time is very in line with my parenting style. I am always impressed with how well my children are treated, cared for, and taught. I have no worries about their safety when they are there. That peace of mind is more than worth the extra cost associated with Tutor Time. The Director (Miss Laurie) is Fantastic and I cannot say enough about her. She makes sure that all the teachers are on the same page and is the glue that holds Tutor Time together and makes it such a warm, caring, and fantastic place. My girls feel at home at Tutor Time and I send all my friends there too.

I felt very secure leaving my child here. It was a first time experience for daycare for the both of us and the teachers and staff made my daughter feel very welcome and comfortable. She really grew socially from the experience.

Our two daughters attend Tutor Time and we feel so fortunate to have found a daycare center that is much more than that--it is a early childhood learning center! Our two girls continue to thrive there--the teachers are wonderful, caring, knowledgable, and are excellent teachers. Our girls learn something new every day, and with a third baby on the way, I cannot think of another place where we would feel comfortable sending our children.Thank you to the Center Director, Ms. Lori and her staff for providing such a wonderful learning environment for our children.
