I was a customer of Verizon since its inception and felt as a Senior they could've offered me more on a limited income. They didn't and the cost simply got to high and my service dwindled. Switching to Spectrum is a test. They offered a wonderful plan at a price i can afford, new phone, unlimited, and trade in value on my old phone. We'll see if they stay true on their promises.

A lady set me up with autopay and said I can save money but never told me about the terms. Then they charged me an extra $20 and said it was in the terms and refuse to fix it. They only care about $ and not helping customers.

Spectrum is a joke! Shout out to their sweet cx service agents but they will not help you, bc damn now i have two phones I do NOT want!

I hate waiting, but, Bree made it worth it. She was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions wonderfully and professionally. It was a long process and she was a joy the whole time. I recommend waiting to work with Bree- She's amazing!

Michelle helped me understand how to replace my current iPhone and transfer the data. It is a relatively straightforward process, but I wanted to be sure I was doing the steps in order. She walked me through everything and didn't make me feel ignorant. She knows her way around an iPhone and was happy to show me what to do, step by step. I had an appointment and waited a bit longer than I thought I might, but the appointment process was fair as far as having priority over walk-ins. All in all, I was very happy with the process and really pleased with Michelle's customer service!

Michele O’Sullivan was our sales rep. when we were at your Spectrum store in East Greenbush NY.
She was just GREAT!!! Michele was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, answered all our questions & was so quick at setting up our Internet & TV account.
She gave us really good advice, and had a wonderful sense of humor! It was such a pleasure working with her. Thank you Michele!!!?

Wait is ridiculous!! Made an appointment still had to wait for an hour just to exchange equipment. Only 2 people working. When did this company start to care more about sell cell phone then helping the customer who are forced to use them, because the area they live in has no other internet providers.
