“I was a customer of Verizon since its inception and felt as a Senior they could've offered me more on a limited income. They didn't and the cost simply got to high and my service dwindled. Switching to Spectrum is a test. They offered a wonderful plan at a price i can afford, new phone, unlimited, and trade in value on my old phone. We'll see if they stay true on their promises.”

“My phone fell in the toilet & broke. Felt bad about coming into the store an hour before closing, but Darrius took care of my husband and I without feeling rushed & even stayed an extra 20 minutes for us. He even mentioned that my husband could get a brand new phone if he wanted to for practically free that day.
