Very well set up for shoping and knowing what the price is. Plants look very much alive and well taken care of. We were there pricing out plants for an upcoming project. Definitely will be when ready to purches.

The selection of plants was good! It felt like the staff was a bit apathetic to their jobs at this location. Guilderland is much more hospitable.

I went to get a Christmas tree and they happen to have plastic bags to discard the tree once it needs to get discarded. Neither Home Depot or Lowe's had any plastic bags. That made me get the tree and the plastic bag there. Thank you for your service.

Speaking as a former employee, this location is trash.The manager literally stayed out back smoking pot and hooking up with the male employees.My last day there the assistant manager Joshua Day ( he no longer works here) threatened to RUN ME OVER WITH HIS CAR and PUNCH ME IN THE FACE because I did not properly ring up a customer. I was told to clock out and go home, and the aforementioned happened as I was off the clock and waiting for my husband to come pick me up.The manager Leann( might still work there) witnessed the whole thing and then straight up denied it to the owners of this business. The owners refused to contact me or answer my calls.I WAS FIRED THE NEXT DAY.Joshua kept his job there for the next year, until he mouthed off to Leeann and was fired..

Went to buy a bush and a tree. The tree had a price marked on a neighbor of the same size. At checkout a higher price came up. I questioned it, management gave me the lower price immediately. And went to fix the sign. Earning loyalty!

I purchased 7 plastic window boxes about 2 weeks ago and paid 8.99 for each one. Today, however, I found out that I needed two more. When I went to get them, the same window boxes have been repriced to 10.99 each! I spoke to the manger and got nowhere. I won't be going back.
