I want to thank the owner Sherry for taking care of my poodle today- and last minute! Knowing it would set her back a bit, she still took him on. This is what sets a hard working small business apart from the chains who said they might have an opening in 10 days. Even when I explained there was a real need for my old pup who was having some issues. Thanks again, Benny is feeling and looking great!

Dont take your dogs or waste your time, she never answer her phone, she lied to me to bring your dogs on Friday, When i went there with my dogs she starting arguing and telling me she texted me which she nevered, her behavior is totally a fighting mode always, i would not recoend this place for anybody, dont get trick of all those 4 big d9gs that she own and you think its people dog,If you dont agree with my comments, try her

I brought my pup there to get groomed After talking to her on the phome I thought she would do a good job it seemed like she knew what I wamted. When I got there to pick him up I should of said something but the hair was already gone. His feet are messed up he looks like mr dainty paws when she said she was going to trim them thats what I thought she would do and his face part of his personality was the hair sticking up all over I told her that my husband didn't want a lot off his face. He has been upset since he came home crying a lot I guess he doesn't like his hair cut either and to pay 85 dollars for that just doesn't sit right with my husband and I hopefully his hair grows back fast I will figure out how to do it myself from now on We were really disappointed and very unhappy with how he looks

Did a terrible job trimming our dog's hair. the feet do not even look the sameTo much off of face and leg [he has long hair which we like] We made the mistake of trusting this women and it was evident that she did not seem to know or care what she was doing. Will never do business with them again.It cost $85 and one of us could have done what she did.

What can I say... I was going to leave a detailed review, but no need. This place has so many '1 star' reviews already. Ditto to their comments. Shame on me for EVER bringing my pup here. Best of luck to you... well, if you're still in business after all this! It could've been a simple convo as to why I hadn't been there in a year. Wife scheduled our cat to be groomed today, (called last week and set appointment for today). Went to drop the cat off and the place was in utter chaos. Owner was screaming at the other employees, and I guess there was a new dog there that seemed unmanageable. My wife explained she was dropping the cat off to be groomed with a lion type cut, (this was already discussed the prior week during scheduling), and the lady let’s out a long sigh and says, “ well, I’ll see what we can do.” Um no, you’ll do what was discussed or you shouldn’t have made the appointment!! Anyways , my wife told her she was taking the cat somewhere else and left. Never again will we go there, unprofessional and rude. You’ve been warned

I would never bring my dog to this person. Not only does she scream at the dogs she also abuses them when she is grooming. I feel bad for the people that bring their dogs their and do not even know what this woman does to them. She is also very short with customers. I do not recommend this place at all. And no I am not a disgruntled employee I just know first hand. She was also asked not to return to a veterinary office because of how she acted. She shouldn't be in business.

Made an appointment for my dog because my groomer recently closed. Was excited that the place was right down the street. I wish I had read the reviews before I had made the appointment. My appt was for 8 a.m. and I arrived at 8:02 with the business closed. I waited until 8:06 a.m. and had to leave because I work at 8 a.m. I called at 8:10 a.m. and she answered after many rings. I told her I was there, no one was there, and I had to leave to go to work. She said she had a contractor at her house & road work to drive through that delayed her arrival. I told her I work at 8 am and if a business is supposed to be open at 8 am then someone should be there or I should have received a call that she was running late. She said she would of opened earlier if I had told her I work at 8 and offered me a discount. How is she going to make it in earlier if she can't be there on time at 8 a.m. ? Conversation got heated and she hung up on me.

We've brought our pup here since 2018 and she always gets us in and out and does a great job. Reasonably priced as well.
