just nowNEWSomeone toe nail floating around in hot tub toilet paper in pool pool closes early because it's understaffed weekends only 3pm unfortunately went to planet fitness much cleaner there won't be back till pool is cleaned and someone stops putting hair and toe nails in hot tub and steam room

Though pool and hot tub are nice, it is absolutely disgraceful that they charge top dollar for membership while closing those facilities at 3 P.M. on weekends because of staffing issues - stop giving $$ to refugees and the poor while claiming you cannot deliver service to your members commensurate to what they (members) pay! Plus, the locker rooms are filthy.

Awful just awful I go there daily to work out and I needed help today at the front desk with my member ship the guy that that is at the front desk is racist so racist telling me to go back to my country cuse of what I needed help to pay for my membership it’s so bad I’m so frustrated do better ymca if I can rate it I’ll rate it a negative -5 will never be coming here agin ?

Staff here is Amazing and the complex is always super clean and well maintained. There's something for everyone at the Ymca. This 1 has a pool and full basketball courts too

The front desk attendant, who happened to be bald, treated us with utmost disrespect, especially upon realizing that we were not local and didn't conform to the expected appearance. He rudely demanded that we leave without providing any assistance, while showing a completely different level of helpfulness towards other customers. As a result of this experience, we have firmly decided to never return to the specific location in East Greenbush. If given the opportunity, we would rate it with zero stars.

The guy at the front desk was being rude and was very racist toward us he told us to leave for just standing there for few seconds to get our ID’s. People like him should not be hired. I will never come here again.

Overall everything is good. The workers are nice, the swimming pool is fun, and the gym is great. But as a downside there is always pickle ball taking up the whole gym for hours at a time.

I love this gym. I’m a military service member (US Army) and this YMCA facility is really supportive of our Troops and Military Vets. The staff and management are helpful and courteous. 5 stars - I fully recommend and endorse this gym. Keep up the good work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i enjoy coming here for exercise. the pool is great, pickleball and the gym. front desk and all gym staff always nice. have been going for years. wouldnt go anywhere else. great people
