So I went there Saturday the 27th of October, it was my first time going and I’ve been many places to get my nails done and this place was by far my best. I’m definitely coming here again. The customer service was amazing and the woman who did my nails was so nice! I wish I got her name so I could see her again! I also felt like the environment was safe and comfortable which is extremely important to me. It’s also convenient since I work at Peter Harris next door. I loved it here:)Services: Foot massages

Made an appointment for 630, showed up at 620. Waited till 720, and was told it would be a few more minutes. Fast forward to 745 and I'm being told to return the following day because "now there is no time to do my nails". I work a very busy schedule and that was the only day I was available. As I was standing there the cashier told another customer who paid with card that they had to tip with card as well, but could only pick one of the already calculated tips. She was appalled at the suggested $13 tip for a single nail repair.This was the last straw for me,I'd give no stars if I could.

I went to Exquisite Nails for the first time today and I got my nails done by May at table 7. I have never left a nail salon feeling so displeased and unhappy with the appearance of my nails. They are not evenly rounded, some look way more pointy than others and they look sloppy. I felt as though she rushed through it, even though I had an appointment scheduled. When paying, I felt very pressured to leave more of a tip than I wanted to and felt an attitude from the young cashier. I do not feel as though I received my money's worth. Also, I noticed almost instantly that the salon looked dirty.Service: Dip powder

Not surprised this place has less than 4 stars! My mom was visiting from out of town so we went to get pedicures together. I had never been to this place before and decided to give it a try.My mom and I got the exact same services: free 5 minute foot massage, add on 5 minute foot massage, add on hot stone massage, and add on shoulder massage. We started our treatments at the same time, give or take literally one minute. The woman who was providing my services was clearly in a rush. The foot massages did not total 10 minutes and the hot stone massage was maybe 3 minutes. I commented that my provider was going much faster than the woman with my mom.The manager came over and when I explained to him my observation, he told me she would do each again to even it out. "That's great" I thought, no harm no foul....... Nope!My provider started to clean my cuticle bed and was clearly upset because it hurt and I couldn't help but pull away multiple times, so she must have knownl. It hurt so much in fact that I asked her to stop and did not finish my pedicure and walked out with a significant amount of product still coating my legs. Mom's service was much better but then the color used for her toes did not match the color in the book, despite being the same number.There are many places to choose from within 15-20 minutes and will be trying a different one next time.Service: Pedicure

I had a horrible experience at this nail shop today and I will never go back here. They are rude, unprofessional, racist and unfair. They also have very poor customer service. They treated me poorly and was very dismissive. I had an appointment at 7pm today and was on time for this appointment. Upon my arrival I was informed that the person I had the appointment with is not there. I was asked if it would be ok to have someone else do my nails and I said yes. I soaked my nails and after 40 minutes and man at the front approached me to let me know that -I had to come back tomorrow. I ask why and he said they are behind -it was 7:40pm and they closed at 9pm. I told him I was unable to come back tomorrow-I made the appointment today because that was my only availability. He walked away from me with no other solution. I left without my nails done and or a solution. This is not the first time that I have been mistreated but it certainly will be my last time patronizing this business. I have been going to this shop for some time now and they seems to only understand transaction -they do a service and you pay. I kept my cool and I left.

Single worst pedicure I have ever received. I had an appointment- they took a walk in wax job and made me wait. The cashier young man was shouted at to start me- he was clearly disgruntled. He ran cold water and I had to sit there for 30 minutes like that. Then the worst most awful pedicure- bad exfoliation; poor poor polish job with polish everywhere. I promised myself I will NEVER go back.Services: Foot massages

**Update**I booked another appointment - I've had good experiences here in the past, so I was cautiously optimistic that they'd be able to get me situated.I got my broken nails fixed and managed to squeeze in a pedicure at the same time (yay for booking an earlier evening appointment). My fingers and toes are ready for my birthday weekend and I'm satisfied with tonight's appointment. I'll definitely schedule my next appointment here in a few weeks ?*Original Post*Today I broke a nail, and had another one get chipped. Their hours online state that they're open until 9pm, so I booked a 7:40pm appointment same day. Got there, and they couldn't be more disinterested that I walked in the front door. I was told to sit at chair 1, and when she came over to look at my broken nail, she said nope, sorry. Can't do it. We are closing now. I had to ask them to at least glue the broken nail so I can maybe get it fixed in the next day or two. If I knew that I wouldn't be able to get my nails done at the time I scheduled the appointment, I wouldn't have traveled 30 minutes to get there just to have to turn around and leave.I've had a couple good experiences in the past, but I'm super disappointed with today's visit.What a frustrating experience. ?

Love this place. I had the most badly bitten nails, and Jean was able to do fantastic ANCs. Been a regular ever since. I work on a farm, and Jean's nails stay on a good 4 weeks with no issuesTotally recommend.

This is definitely a nail place.I have been trying to plan a pedicure and manicure for no less than a month if not two.After following reviews, checking out now less than 20 to 30 businesses we thought exquisite was going to be the perfect place.I'm not sure if it had to do with my age, or what. We were given a very rushed and lacklustre treatment.The 3 - 5 minute leg massages I added to my pedicure equated to no more than 3 to 5 minutes of a pressure less leg rub, my manicure involved no more than a 15 second lotioning of each hand and my cuticles are still a mess.I've never been rushed through a pedicure or manicure like I was here and I see why people go to spas for those to ensure they are given any semblance of a pampering experience.They did a good job on my partners nails, though they are not what she asked for , and after explaining what she wanted that one in simply did what she wanted to with my partners nails.I'll be checking out one of the local spas for my next mani-pedi, as I go very infrequently and would like to feel relaxed instead of rushed during the experience.Sorry for not adding more or better pictures. I honestly just didn't want any of my or my partner's identifying features in photos here.

!!!DO NOT COME HERE ALL BAD REVIEWS!!!My family traveled all the way from Canada to here & i had very rude & dirty service especially from the guy in the front desk he had bad attitude and i got told to “go somewhere else” and thats not a problem i wont but that proves THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONLY TIP which is why they do a BAD job and still ask for “service tip”. they did not even respect the nail color i wanted, i had chosen a color and she changed it completely! I kept on saying i wanted that color and they said “no too light” just add multiple layers? i have not had that problem in other nail salons with the SAME color they were just doing a lazy job & i got told they do not fix nails if i didn’t get them done there that includes refills and removal. Left very Unsatisfied.

Unfortunately the poor management of this business ruins the overall experience. From texts changing the time or cancelling to having to wait more than fifteen minutes past your scheduled time, the management is absolutely terrible. Appointments are made for a reason and with this business it doesn’t seem to matter…they get to you when they get to you.Services: Pedicure

Made an appointment. Had 4 people who showed up after me be helped before me. When I asked why they had no explanation and couldn’t tell me how much longer I’d be waiting. At the point I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. Would recommend Hollywood nails.. better and cheaper!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!I made an appointment last weekend for my mom, sister, and I for mani pedis before our vacation. I made the appointment for all 3 of us at the same time so we could be together. I arrived 2 minutes late to the appointment and THEY GAVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. I did not get seated until 45 minutes after my appointment time!!!! So I did not get to spend any time with my mom or sister during the appointment because by the time I got seated for the pedicure they were already getting their manicures. What is the point of making an appointment if they are going to give it to someone else!?! I was only 2 MINUTES late. Not to mention the workers gashed my mom's foot and cut my finger and everyone was extremely rude!! It was the most awful experience I have ever had at a nail salon. We are never ever going back here. I recommend you go literally anywhere else.Services: Gel manicures

Service and cleanliness has been declining this past year but I appreciate the online booking so I have kept going.I was the first appointment of the day today and the technician was late, not a big deal but service was definitely rushed to stay on schedule. I asked at the beginning of I could add a pedicure after my manicure and I was told no, because no one was available. It is a busy day, I completely understood. As I was finishing my appointment two people walked in asking for pedicures and magically they were able to make it happen. I feel completely disrespected as a customer and will not be going back.Service: Gel manicures
