“Was in a tight spot with a needed repair. Ray was very accommodating and was able to fit me in same day to help with my personal emergency. I was in a tight spot and from the moment I met Ray, he set me at ease. It was my first time at 577 Auto, Ray was very professional and courteous, but more importantly for me, trustworthy. Walked me through the process, made recommendations for after the work was completed and how to stay on top of the issue to prevent it from happening again. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of straightforward, honest, highly capable mechanic.”
“The most affordable and honest shop I've ever been to. I've been taking my car to the nissan dealer for years but decided to give this place a try after numerous recommendations. Best decision I ever made. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and Jake immediately noticed a leak that the dealer never told me about (and my car is still new!!!) Thanks to Jake, I was able to bring it back to the dealer and my warranty was able to cover the leak. I will never be going back to the dealer again. I totally recommend this shop to everyone!!”

“Great experience. My first time there. I went there today to buy 4 tires for my 09 Honda Pilot. I went in and was met by the front counter person. He was friendly, knowledgable and quickly looked up prices for me and explained the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, organized and had a tv. I was driving away in less than an hour. The tires run great. Good prices. Great experience. We'll be back there next time we buy tires.”

While driving through New York State on vacation, my fender became extremely loose. I pulled over in East Greenbush, NY and found this Auto Advantage online. Matt’s team fixed my fender quickly, expertly, and reasonably, and I was able to continue my family vacation immediately with no further problems. “I recently bought a truck from L&M Motors and am very happy with the truck and the service they provided.
I had to get a replacement for my 24 year old Toyota, which would not pass inspection, although I had already paid over $3000 for repairs (and another $500 for a gas tank) at an Albany repair shop, and I was not going to sink anymore money into the Toyota. My mechanic in Troy showed me how weak the frame was, and I could see it was a safely hazard and too dangerous to ignore.
I needed a truck fast as I had only 10 days left on the Toyota inspection sticker.
L&M has trucks that have great value and they move fast. The first two I saw in their Craigslist ad were already sold, but they had a very clean Ford pickup at a very good price, and I am very happy with it.
They are motivated to sell, and took care of all the paperwork, making the whole process very smooth and convenient.”
“Was running late for my scheduled oil change & they still squeezed me in. On top of that, I was almost due for a tire rotation & they even agreed to get that done while they had my car. And they've helped me out of a jam an earlier time as well when I got a flat & there was no charge. Like coming here. Real nice bunch of guys!”
