Unhelpful, impatient, and judgmental employees.We walked in to get a new phone for my husband, and we were clear that we wanted a cheaper phone. One employee tried to persuade us to get the S24 for a "promotion". When we said we wanted a cheaper phone, the employee started whispering with his colleague about us ("you've got to be kidding, right?"). I could hear them whispering because I was seated right in front of their desk.The second employee then walked behind my seat to where the S24s are located. He remarked very loudly that he would personally want to upgrade to the S24 and then said that HE wouldn't mind paying the monthly amount that was quoted to us. I was within earshot the whole time and felt disrespected by the almost sarcastic comment. It was clear that it was directed to us and for us to hear.Although the first employee eventually quoted us a cheaper phone, he didn't tell us anything about the cheaper phone and seemed upset that we didn't consider the S24. We opted not to purchase from this business due to the overall unprofessional attitude.I should also mention that we were the only customers in the store during the entire interaction.

I never had T-mobile, but my wife and son had them. They went to switch carriers, and they wouldn't port their numbers. I spent 7 hours at the new carrier and my wife finally said that she would just take a new number. I'm so glad that I never had to deal with T-mobile, and considering she hardly got my texts, they definitely aren't no where as good as they say they are. They lie just to get your business.

Jav was amazing to work with, very respectful, very patient with questions being asked and made buying a new phone fun with engaging conversations and trying to help the best he could when it came to finding the best possible deals or offers that are available

Went in to transfer my cell service from Verizon and Jav & Michelle made the process so easy for me! They worked as a team to give me the best service, and made sure I understood how everything would work. Best service I’ve received in years from a phone company. Thank you very much !

Javi held it down! I did some research before heading inside, and literally everything that I had reviewed prior to coming in, Javi answered it and was just on point from start to finish. Had the best customer service ever and I’m glad that I switched over to T-Mobile. GO SEE JAVI NOW

Post paid is not prepaid and telling a disabled person it is fraudulent and unethical. Commission isn’t worth more than compassion.

I had such a great time at this store with Michelle. She was such a sweetheart. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me right away. She is really good at listening to what you want and made it comfortable to sit and chat with her. I'm so happy with my service there I will be bringing some of my friends there to come get new service with T- Mobile.

I went into the Grenville T-Mobile. I was greeted by Michelle M. She was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about everything T-Mobile has to offer. She was very patient with me even though I was frustrated about my phone issue. She remained polite, patient and positive. When I left the store I was very satisfied and so excited about being able to get a new phone. T-Mobile needs more staff like Michelle M. I can’t thank her enough.

I had gone into the store needing some help with my iPhone & had the pleasure of working with Michelle , she was very helpful and kind , she was very patient with me and understanding, she made sure I left with all the help I needed with my phone . Had a unique issue that needed to be addressed. Went into the store and the manager, Austin, was terrific and helped me get the problem resolved. Very much appreciated. This is a good store. Highly recommended.

I’m equi-distant from 3 T-Mobile retail stores in the Niskayuna area. By FAR, I prefer the Glenville store: they are knowledgeable, polite, helpful… keep up the terrific business; it’s noticed and recognized!!

I purchased a new phone from a T-MOBILE located at 10 Glenridge Rd , Glenville , NY 12302 . The manager name there is Steve . The phone did not work properly from day one . I felt I needed to give it a chance to work the bugs out . After 28 days I returned to the store manager Steve to look at it . He agreed it was a defective phone and ordered me a new one . The new one was worst than the first one . I returned to the store and asked for a refund for this defective phone. He than admitted he knew the phones are defective and DENIED ME A REFUND !!! CRIMINAL ! The phone model is a TMO REVVL 6 5G 64G BLU KIT . These phones are known to be defective by the T-MOBILE staff but the sell them to you anyway . Then denie you a refund when you try to return them . This is nothing short of criminal business practice . Mind you I have been a loyal customer of over 10 years . Any lawyer reading this I would love to hear from you . The case is simple . Knowingly and admittingly selling a defective product and than denying you a refund when you try to return it .
