“I couldn’t be more pleased with the service at Franky’s Fix It. Frank was very honest about the work that I needed to have done after taking time out of his day to take a look at the car. He even brought me in the garage so I could see for myself what the problems were. He gave me a ballpark figure and reassured me that he would get me the best price possible. He got my car in very quickly and worked diligently to get most of the work done in one day so I wasn’t without a vehicle. He already scheduled the rest of the work within the same week. Very friendly, clean shop and very clear explanations as to why the cost would be what it was. Great experience, clean shop!!”

“I was able to call and talk to someone, explain the situation with my daughters car, and text pictures to get an estimate of required repairs. After realizing it was worth fixing and getting some parts on my own so I could move it again, I called back on a Thursday morning just before they opened to see if I could drop it off. Not only did they say yes, but they got it on the lift later that afternoon and started working on it. The new strut, wheel bearing, alignment, and 4 new tires were done by Friday evening. My wife and I are used to scheduling work with our dealer out 1-3 weeks minimum regardless of what the work involves, let alone having to order in parts.”
