There is a big scam going on here, packages are being stolen by staff themselves and being marked as delivered. this usps needs to be shut down immediately for mail theft and fraud. even previous reviews say packages were mishandled but no action from usps heads or managers

Horrible staff! DO NOT GO! Take that extra time to go to other branches please avoid this one. Two main horrible clerks. The younger one has no customer service passable, the older one with glasses-I’m surprised she’s still working there. Every time I’ve seen her, she has a problem with a customer-ALWAYS! The things she says to customers and how she degrades them baffles me. She has no manners, no customer service at all. She’s always talking so loud with her colleagues (I believe someone is in the back) and at times just walks away after a customer or just stands there and if you go to her window without being called-THE END. She will yell and degrade you. She’s truthfully so horrible and is always so bitter. I definitely avoid this branch as much as possible. This branch is a block from my house-I’ll go to other branches.

Very disrespectful personnel towards customers, aiming insulting comments. Shame on this location, never seen such deplorable service as in this location, I won’t generalize, it’s only been mainly this location. Call consumer affairs if you encounter this treatment please. Don’t let it slide. Hope they bring knowledgeable and respectful employees that make a positive impact.

Love the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The line always seems to move quickly. Preferred post office in this neighborhood by a long shot.
