Very disrespectful personnel towards customers, aiming insulting comments. Shame on this location, never seen such deplorable service as in this location, I won’t generalize, it’s only been mainly this location. Call consumer affairs if you encounter this treatment please. Don’t let it slide. Hope they bring knowledgeable and respectful employees that make a positive impact.

Dated: 12/04/23It sucks to leave negative reviews for any company you have good faith in, especially those who only have ONE job which is to deliver what you pay for to you, but unfortunately this post office in particular deserves every single bad review they’ve gotten.My order was supposed to be delivered last month: 11/09/23. Never arrived & the person who “attempted” to deliver the package only did the attempt once. Never tried again, even though in their own policy it states they would “attempt” up to 3 times. It’s even stated in my notes that if i am not home, to deliver to my neighbors address, which they still failed at doing.Anyways, it is now December. I go to this post office, get handed my package, and it’s EMPTY. What’s worse? The employee who decided to steal from me tried to reseal the package with one single piece of tape.At this point; reviews don't need to be written, complaints don’t need to be made, police & HR need to be called in order to help customers understand why we can’t be served properly. Committing an act of criminal activity while you work a government job is insane and this place needs to be shut down.

I placed an order in early October. After tracking my package, it showed delivered to this post office in Oct 10th. On Oct 17th I went to retrieve my package. After trying to locate it in their facility, the agent informed me to file a complaint because my package was “taken” by the agent that received it. This was a very important package needed after my wife’s medical procedure and someone at the post office decides they will keep my package. I truly hope someone of higher ranking reaches out to me and investigates. I could not find where to file a complaint on the USPS site. If they were willing to take my package, who knows how many other packages they may have taken by now.

This is one of the worst posts! To bad it’s my local post. I sent a box out and they mistakenly seeing it back to me!??? I went in just now and the costumer service was horrid. On top of it they didn’t even expedite the package that should have been to where it was going!! Next time ups will be my first choice!

customer service is NOT in their nature. i dropped off a package, which i forgot to tape. she was extremely rude about it. i was forced to buy an entire tape roll to use 4” of it.

Horrible people are working here all they do is steal packages they stole 2 packages from me in a 3 week time span and they claimed it was lost in the facility. they have thieves working here
