What you’d expect from a United Club. It’s close to the gates, always has a fair amount of food, the service is very friendly, and there are ample seats and tables to sit, work, and eat. They have done an incredible job with this club compared to the previous version of it before the LGA remodel. Happy with this facility compared to the some of the smaller and less frequented clubs in the country.

Nicest lounge I’ve been to in a while, likely cause it’s new and very spacious feeling. Coffee is great from the machine, and breakfast was minimal but good.

Bathroom had trash can in front but no sign that it was being cleaned. Bartender gave full New York experience, seemed to want an apology that I took a piece of bread. I came to this club to relax, not get scolded.

Lounge looks nice and modern. Staff could be more friendlier both front and hostesses. Maybe better breakfast selections. My two teenagers are asking for meat and potatoes. Not even mimosas or Bloody Mary are being offered.

One of United s new airy and spacious lounges. It's always refreshing to walk into modern lounge. There is plenty of seating and the views over the airport and tarmac at the new Terminal B at La Guardia is a delight. It is hard to believe this is the same airport that everyone would dread flying from. United passengers and Star alliance Gold members of other airlines get access to the lounge. There was a good variety of hot food and salads. There is a very well set up bar with a few free items. But the premium spirits and wines can be bought at an additional charge. The toilets are clean and there is plenty of seating for everyone.

This is one of the best United Club locations! Visited this lounge for about 1.5 hours. They served pizza, pasta, salad, chicken noodle soup, desserts (brownies and cookies) as well as some snacks and coffee and soda beverage options. The staff is friendly and service is superb. The lounge is modern and relaxing. Free wifi too. When I visited it was mostly empty (Probably <15 people on Friday late afternoon). Overall would recommend this location at LGA airport terminal B (past security check).

LGA United Club is quite big lot of seats and it’s open. Google shows is still closed. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately is part of the airport you can hear all airport gates announcements. Very limited variety of food and snacks. Bar is ok like everywhere. I was very impressed of the restroom…I found high maintained and arranged washroom… spotless. Good experience at United Club at LGA

Great place and yes the club is open. Large place with a good offering of food and beverages. Excellent seating with a great view out to the tarmac. Probably one of the best on the East Coast.

LGA used to be one of the worst airports and now it is maybe the nicest. LGA is an architectural masterpiece. The walkover to gates from terminal is amazing. The airplanes go under walkover. Unlike some big metro airports, it is a relatively short walk. The windows and view of NYC is spectacular. The United Club is what an airline club should be. Clean, spacious, welcoming..... a get away from the grind of traveling. Caveat- five stars is for club, not the airline. I fly United four or five times a week and the way they treat customers in general is......

" A slice of luxe lounging... "NYC's La Guardia Airport has had a major facelift as the construction is nearly completed at all terminals. What was once a dinosaur-aged airport has turned into a slick and ultra modern global destination that will surely stand the test of time. United's newly built, full open-concept lounge on the upper level at terminal B is no exception.Upon entry, I was immediately wowed by the eye popping, jaw dropping, ultra modern, urban chic decor. Covid precautions were visible at all steps - from the sanitizer dispensers that were placed everywhere, to the masked, glove wearing staff and right down to the constant sanitizing of surfaces; while observing distances seating placement at every corner of the lounge space. Speaking of seating, There are many, many cozy yet socially-distanced Nooks with plenty of workspaces that are fully wired for all devices and; slick leather lounging chairs to relax and take in the breathtaking views or make use of the ultra lightening- fast high speed wifi. The centrally-placed beverage station is a nice focal attention grabber and serves as a new functional touch to the space - compared to the traditional lounges that made getting a simple glass of water an event being served by a bartender behind a bar with line-ups galore. Illy-branded brewed coffees, teas and specialty bean to cup machines provide a full range of self serve lattes, teas and espresso drinks made to order by yourself. A futuristic Coca Cola " freestyle " fountain drink machine had hundreds of soda combination capabilities that made me try many flavors: I didn't know they had a zero calorie lemon Fanta to which I added peach and orange flavor drops; interesting.... Luckily there was no line while I was being adventurous with my sipping of little combinations of sodas and iced teas!!! Mmmm... yes!.... I Will be definitely doing that again sometime soon, for sure!!! Buffet style serving was back and the steps were completely in line with what I would expect in today's pandemic environment - however, everything appears to also be set up for the future..: meaning the post-covid world's return to normalcy... I'm keeping my fingers, toes and eyebrows crossed for that to happen sooner rather than later; yes, let's go, let's go! An array of individually-packed deluxe salads, snacks and cubed fresh fruit containers were readily available; starting with the pedestal sanitizer stand to get going. To me, A particular standout food item was the individually packed avocado fresco toast tray that consisted of grated feta cheese, fresh chunky avocado, diced tomatoes and sunflower seeds on a garlic toasted crostini bread slice; chi chi and nutritious indeed! Also noteworthy for the belly, was the warm sea salted pretzel with its accompanying chipotle chive mild cheese and equally light caramel dips; oui oui... très très sweet, salty and cheesy indulgeance, s'il vous plait! While gazing at the unobstructed views of the planes from the floor to ceiling windows and open concept balcony views of the gates downstairs; I couldn't help but notice the fully stocked modern bar that also featured ESPN programming on the giant tv screen; while the bartender was serving up Illy cold brew foamy coffee in nice tall beer draft glasses, nice touch! It's Definitely worth coming a little early for your United or Star Alliance flight; in order to partake in this slice of luxe lounging at LGA.Ah, time flies..... my flight is now boarding!!!!! I just, just now, gobbled this espresso shot in a tiny Illy paper cup and, in my head, had a very confident boost of Java-enduced energy for the run to gate 49!.See you again soon United Lounge at terminal B; bon voyage!

What can you say about a brand new United club? Excellent condition and much better than the old United club in that old building. Lots of room and options for food. Excellent staff and everyone in a good mood. The old one was a nightmare.
