Please do not use this illegal company for your signages. They are a nightmare!!They are running an illegal business operation. They do NOT have any professional state licensing of any sort to be able to conduct these jobs. They are putting up illegal awnings and storefront signs without any permission from the city of NY and NJ. The signs that they are hanging up do not follow any of the city zoning regulations, which means you WILL get inspected by the DOB and if you do not have a permit to provide them (which you won't because this company isn’t a NYC licensed sign hanger company therefore unable to legally do a job) you will get a hefty violation from the city, these violations can go as high as $10,000 not to mention after the fact you will have to hire a LEGAL licensed sign company to help you obtain a the permit that this company should have gotten for you to begin with.In total I had to hire a licensed architect, a licensed general contractor and a licensed sign hanger which cost me thousands of dollars. I also reached out to Kim the owner to request help or at the very least some sort of refund for all the emotional distress and financial burden she put me through and this woman is not only misleading, dishonest, unprofessional but a GREEDY woman, she did not help me in anyway, did not care of the burden she bought upon me and refused to give me any sort of compensation for all the damages she has cost me. She also kept ignoring all my calls and would hide behind her workers.

I do not recommend this sign store, run. I went and expressed my ideas for my sign since January 26, 2022 it is now march. The sign was supposed to be orange background with black letters and LED lights. When I paid my deposit there was no issues in regards to fulfilling what I asked for. Kim told me it would take 2 weeks for the sign to be completed. She or anyone ever called back. I made a deposit on 1/26/22 for $1,600. After 2 weeks I began to call when I finally got through she was telling me she could not design the sign the way i initially planned, she will be unable to get the orange background and I should pick something else. Now mind you my business is now open I do not have a sign she deliberately misled me and took my money knowing she could not design the sign i wanted. Made no attempt to contact me when she realized she could not make my sign. And now acts like she doesn't know me. Heres the good part, theres no refund!! So please do not go with these liars and thief's. I still do not have a sign nor my money back!
