I went this hotel with my family for a trip and overall the place is really clean and the staff members are nice. There is parking outside the hotel but they also have sperate parking at a garage but you have to pay 35$ a day. I used the garage and it was a good garage it had plenty parking. The rooms are non smoking and the rooms are really clean the bathroom is luxurious and they provide you with everything in the bathroom. I would come back to this hotel and I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a hotel in this area and I would mostly recommend to people with kids.

Always a great experience. I often stay here while attending Mets games. The staff is alwaya friendly and top-notch. Great food at Elements. The rooms are spacious too. I cant wait for the hot tub to reopen soon.

Met here for a meeting. Only seen lobby and some of the conference rooms. From what I've seen, the atmosphere gives off strong 4/5 star vibes.

Extraordinarily convenient from LGA, but not somewhere I would voluntarily pick as a destination. They checked me into the wrong reservation and called me at 11 PM to come down to the desk to fix their mistake. Food is greasy and has no gluten free options - I ordered the burger without a bun, specified a gluten allergy, and it came topped with battered onion rings. The rooms are clean but dated, with low quality linens and less than comfortable beds. Parking is not free.

The services are incredible, the restaurants and above all their good smell. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. The attention of all the people at the reception was great, especially Heylix T, thank you very much for all your help.

What a surprise. Spacious rooms. Well maintained property. Great location. Was in the airport to Delta Terminal in 5 mins. Check-in was fast and Julissa was awesome!!Only complaint.... Went to bar. Bartender saw me but was too busy chatting with colleagues. Not even an acknowledgement. After 5 mins I got up and left.

We stayed 3 days February 8-11. . There was no pool or hot tub. You had to go to the next hotel for it. The staff could not tell us anything about anything for fear of telling us the wrong thing. They didn’t even know where the ice machine was that worked.My travel agent was not told the pool and hot tub was under construction. As we would not have stayed there. Also I was not given a receipt when we checked out. They said my travel agent would receive it. I spoke to her since I been back and she has yet to receive one.. We returned February 18-20 and asked for a better view. We got checked in to find the toilet running and we had to run water for 10 minutes to get hot water.I can say the hotel is beautiful but staff should be more knowledgeable for tourists.

It was good for what it is. The location is great and easy to get to by free airport shuttle or bus, but not very walkable from LGA even though it's close.Check in and check out was pretty quick but it wasn't super busy either. Security will hold your stuff if you can't check in immediately so that was helpful for me.The rooms are serviceable. Room cleaning is by request. The wifi was good for us. The price was affordable.Walkability: There are nearby bus stops that will take you back to the airport or into Flushing but I wouldn't try to walk anywhere else unless it's close.

The staff here is great! I like the shuttle and the delicious breakfast. The shuttle service and driver- great. The security guards-great! The 2 ladies and young man on the breakfast crew on February 10th and the man on the breakfast crew on March 4th were great. Julisa, is great! HEYLIX, one of the managers, and If she is not a manager- she should be, is a wonderful young lady with a wonderful personality. She was professional and she made my family and I feel welcomed- visiting from California. These amazing people are excellent examples ofCustomer Service Representatives.I stayed here in February 10 and March 3, 2024. I liked both of the rooms I stayed. One was an accessible on the 6th floor and although I booked another accessible room, it wasn’t available. I did find out about another room with a cool balcony sliding door.I will stay here again because of the great people I met and interacted with at The LaGuardia Plaza, Hotel. ? Great Job!Noteworthy details: Great Location, Staff, and Vibe.
