Everything was super easy to rent a vehicle for a few days at LaGuardia Airport. The rental car location is off Airport about 10-15 min... The car was a brand new Camery, it was super clean the shuttle bus was right there. Would definitely rent here again!

Alamo came to our rescue when the Budget line was going to take 2+ hours. Last-minute reservation was reasonably priced. Line wait was about 3 mins. Vehicle (Jeep Wagoneer) was fantastic.

the employees here are ???. Naya, Justin, Eddie, Akiem. all so helpful, efficient, friendly, kind. the Chevy Malibu car was great. keep up the good work! ??????

Would not rent me a car with a debit card after I CALLED AND THEY CONFIRMED THEY WOULD. I traveled an hour in 100° heat to be turned away! If I could give 0 stars I would!

The customer service provided by the Alamo team--Renee, Eddie, and Brenda--at LaGuardia Airport was exceptional. They warmly greeted us, expeditiously processed our rental, and offered us agreeable vehicle options, respectively. Also, we were very impressed with their enthusiasm and interpersonal skills.

I’d never been here before usually go to other car rentals around LGA but I’m never going back to the others. Lala and Akem were amazing. There was no long line, they got me in and out quick AND I’m allowed to choose which vehicle I take, will definitely be my go to place for rentals from now on.

Excellent rental agency! I chose the Medium/Compact Size car and was offered a Hyundai Accent or Chevrolet Malibu or Nissan Altima SR and a fourth option. The check in process was fast and beforehand I could register for a faster check in. The representative named Dejon provided an excellent service, help and support. He was knowledgeable, courteous and happy to answer any of my questions! Thank you, I will surely choose Alamo again at this location!

Staff was friendly and helpful, but our rental car (Chevy Malibu) broke down in upstate NY. 90-degree heat and 2 kids in the car - not a great scene. We were able to get the car to a nearby rental place and switch it out for another car. So great staff, bad car.

I have never rented with Alamo before, and was certain it was going to be annoying as I don't have status and I knew I'd be standing in line to check in to retrieve my car, where with other rental car organizations I can just look at a sign and grab any car in my class. I arrived at the rental car station at LGA and there was only one other person in line. Then a long line built up after me. They were SO efficient in their process, having a team member start taking copies of drivers license and other information before getting to the person ( who seemed to be a manager) start to check you in and then when you were checked in you moved back to that team member who facilitated the balance of the check in and brought you to our car. I am in operations and often these types of offices are highly inefficient and very frustrating, this was the opposite. They were so efficiency and effective and their goal was quality service and speed and they excelled at both. I interacted with three team members that day and all three were incredibly pleasant and professional and efficient. Gold star for Alamo all around and Kudos to the LGA team ( I was there on Friday May 24 around 12:15 PM- just so you can recognize the team for their superior service)!

Alamo Car rental was so easy. I flew into LaGuardia Airport and walked out to the curb and the Alamo shuttle was there waiting for me. Just a short drive to the facility and upon arrival the Counter representatives were efficient, informative and so kind. Thank you for making my trip amazing.

This was my first time using Alamo coming from a loyal Avis user, I ended up picking Alamo for my most recent trip because their prices were about $150 less compared to Avis. The customer service at this location was fantastic! From the shuttle driver to the desk agent, everyone was so kind and helpful. I will very much be considering Alamo, specifically the one at the LGA location from now on as I was a little spectacle about using a "lower" brand of rental car. From the looks of it, they are just as reputable at name brands like Enterprise or Avis.
