Do not ever stay here if your life depended on it. First they put me in a room with holes in the wall, no mirror, and literal cracks you can see through on every doorframe. When I complained they put me in a room that only the front deskman can open by key. So Everytime I wanted to go in my room I had to go down to front desk and have him open. When I asked if I can have an extended checkout for free because of how disgusting this place is the front manager Sanjat said theres nothing he can do. When I asked to call a manager he said he's not allowed. I said so if I have a horrible experience there is nothing you can do? And he said he's not allowed to do anything for me. If you are PAID to stay here I wouldn't even do it.

absolutely disgusting, bugs and grime everywhere in the room for nearly $300 a night is robbery. the door handle to my room doesn’t even work and neither does the AC or the outlets in the room. you’re better off staying literally anywhere else.

Close to airport but has a lack of taste I'm meaterl. Also the rooms are small but they have new furniture and it smells interesting. If you have nowhere else to go, I guess stay there but have fun. But you enjoy your trip and pick somewhere better next time.

This place is run by scammers I made the mistake of booking here and after reading the reviews I decided to cancel my reservation and they told me to pay $231 just for that then later on they wouldn’t let me cancel it and ended up taking the full payment or over $400 dollars I called and tried so many times to get them to cancel the reservation and I was going to pay the penalty but the person who answer the phone didn’t even understand English and then when we called back again they didn’t pick up the phone, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS HELL AND THEY WILL ROB YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY

A disgusting hotel full of cockroaches hair in the shower they don't even bother to clean and wash the bathrooms for the price I expected something decent

What a dump. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position as to stay here, a few things to keep in mind:
When you walk into the lobby, you’ll find it to be dark, dank and smelly. The odor is a mixture of cigarette smoke, curry and wet dog.
The air conditioner might not work, but if you are reasonably handy you might be able to get it going. Be sure to press the GFI reset on the plug. Also, the air filter is probably a plugged nasty mess. I used my car keys to scrape about 1/2 inch of scurf off of the air filter and the coil. That allowed the room to cool off a bit.
This place is called Airway Inn for good reason. Thanks to the hotel’s close proximity to LaGuardia, there are jumbo jets taking off overhead constantly. Hoping on a good night’s sleep? You’d better think again. Watch the video for an example and keep in mind that the video is taken from INSIDE the hotel room.
The highlight of my stay was when the dinner I ordered to be delivered was stolen. I ordered dinner and got a text that it had been delivered but I hadn’t received it. I went downstairs and asked the hotel clerk about it. There was an odor hanging in the air that suspiciously smelled exactly like the food that I had ordered, so naturally I asked the clerk about it. He answered with a smirk that he had no idea about any food delivery. I suspect otherwise.
In short, my experience with Airway Inn made me hate New York generally and this hotel specifically.
Rooms: Bugs.
Safety: Don’t go out after dark.
Noteworthy details: Shady staff.

Very bad, but for the rate you can't expect more. If you can get to another place go. The beds are disgusting. The toilet was moving. Everything could be heard. The sofa bed is the worst I have ever seen.

I got room because my flight got delayed for the next day, i know it's nice to have a room, but i would have preferred to stay in the airport rather than stay at this place. There are bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms. The sheets are not clean. the worse is the noise and smell in this place.
