I came in without an appointment. Had a tire with low air pressure. Billy acknowledged me promptly & said “Sure we can help you”. Took care of the problem immediately. He has a very nice way about himself. He then walked me out to my car. Exceptional!

Absolute best experience i have ever had at a dealership! Extremely friendly staff that will do anything in their power to get you what you need and make you feel like a priority through the whole car buying process! I have never felt more satisfied after purchasing a vehicle and not feeling like i was "had"! I will go back here again and again and again!

Overall had a good experience in buying a new vehicle. Brandon is the guy when it comes to saleman. Brandon gets 5/5 stars. Only things I was disappointed with is the Truck was not as clean as I would’ve liked to to be. Pet Hair and crumbs in back seat. Also the running board didn’t get cleaned up and truck was not buffed which I requested. A month after owning I realized i had a taillight out, makes me wonder if it was out from the start but they are taking care of that Issue now. Great experience with Brandon but disappointed in the Detail process.

While the people at the dealership are very nice, the actual technician doing my car wasn’t even there for my 11am appointment. Just after noon the gentleman from the shop came to tell me he was on his way. On his way? My appointment was over an hour ago. Why wasn’t I notified he’d be late? Apparently he is a mobile service, so why wasn’t I given the option to have him come to me? I wouldn’t have wasted more than 2 hours then. ???

it was a great experience, the dealship is clean and spotless, the staff was so friendly and my sales associate, Dave Radder, was fantastic. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the deal. And though we have only had our envista for a few days, we are in love with it. Its comfortable and the ride is beyond what we expected. West Herr Buick is our new home for car purchases from now on

Man, what happened to West Herr sales? Went into the orchard park Chevy a while ago and had a line of people just waiting... couple of us left because no one came to talk to us, no big deal they were busy. Then just went to west herr in east aurora Chevy gmc dealer, walked inside... no one at counter and saw 5 guys leaned back in chairs laughing... so I bounced. I called thinking maybe that'll be easier for them.... I got the front desk twice because sales didn't answer. Call me old school but Shouldn't be this hard to talk to someone.Also front desk said they are with customer but I called from out front of the building knowing they aren't with customers

Cant say I have ever been extremely pleased with my service at West Herr but East Aurora has always been better. Though I am always surprised they never seem to wash my truck like most dealerships will. This time they did wash it and I probably wish they didn’t. Picked up my truck yesterday got on the 400 and noticed my mirror was extended all the way out. Try to recall it and it’s broken. I went to see them this morning and they dismissed the issue and said it’s a known issue with Silverado‘s and the mirror motor. The motor is fine. It just won’t lock in place like it supposed to. It did up until yesterday. So somewhere in the lot or in the wash it was broken. Not happy and not the first time disappointment in West Herr. But will be the last time.

We had issues with our original truck we tried to purchase. Not the dealerships fault by the main office never acquired a title and we were not able to purchase the truck. We did find a newer (more expensive) truck. I was not as happy with the deal and things got a little heated. I walked out. Mike the GM did call me and we were able to come to reasonable terms. This is my 5th purchase from West Herr and the only thing that annoys me is the insistence that they are not making money on the deal. Guys you are indeed making money...maybe not as much as you want, but you are. I have no doubt in my mind that your families are well fed and you pay your bills, please give up that not making money line. I took delivery of my truck and it went smooth. Overall I am happy, but the issues we had with the original truck made this truck buying experience less that enjoyable. Yes I would go back and purchase another vehicle, but I am always going to make sure they have the title in hand before I even test drive. My salesman Matt was a stand up guy and really did right by us in the end.

Brandon , was friendly and helpful in the search for a vehicle. He made himself available to us at all times. He was helpful with all our questions, explaining everything clearly, and went out of his way to help us find what would work out for our specific needs. He made it a worry free experience. Encore GX is only 2 years old. Check engine light came on - surge pump needs replacing. Waited 5 weeks for part to come in. (I waited a month and then called to see if any updates, magically it came in less than a week later) Made an appointment for replacement on Friday at 2pm. I rec'd a call on Friday in the morning stating that I would need to leave my car there over the weekend because it needs to sit for 6 hours after the part is replaced. They had no loaner car for me. My other option was to reschedule for another day. I was able to get an appointment for Monday. Hoping for the best, since I also need an inspection and Monday is the last day of the month.Update: West Herr EA was able to rectify my issues. They were able to find me a loaner vehicle for the weekend and my car is fixed and inspected. Thank You for providing great service recovery!

Mr. Stack is always fantastic and helpful. Very thorough and explains things so anyone can understand. The whole service department is great. Would highly recommend coming and seeing the East Aurora team to take care of your vehicle.
