I wanted to share my excellent experience at West Herr East Aurora. Tim Stack provided top-notch service during my recent tire rotation and oil change. He was incredibly professional and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. I was also impressed that they washed my car at the end. Jonathan, service tech, was fantastic. Came in for the complimentary oil change/ tire rotation. From time of drop off to phone call ready to pick up ,less than 45 minutes.

Very happy with the service at west Herr in East aurora. Everything went so smoothly and Matt my salesman was a huge help finding the right truck for me and got me in and out of there within 40 mins. updated aug/26/24 this is my second vehicle I got from this location and of course went threw Matt Boyle again because he's a pro and has everything ready for you when it's time to pick vehicle up. best salesman iv ever worked with 120%. got me great money for my truck and good price on new one.
