So disgusted, the new manager or supervisor they got in this location is such a perv, I felt so uncomfortable I will not be back at this location again until I know I won't be harassed by him or or have to watch the way he degrades women just the way he talks and looks at them.

Men's room out of order. Port a potties outside which are very full. I think they need to find a better plumber to fix problem in men's room.

They really made this so much nicer. It is my #1 place to stop and shop. Great place to get something to eat when you are late and/or when you are on your way home. You can get something for the whole family or just something for yourself. Awesome smacks too.

Stopped in for gas to fill the minivan. It took nearly 10 minutes to fill up. 10 minutes…. It’s literally the slowest pump I’ve used in 10 years. Obviously the filters haven’t been changed on the pumps in a long time. There’s no reason the pumps should be that slow. The parking lot wasn’t the cleanest, and the whole ten minutes I stood there I was getting bitten by flies. When I go back through east aurora, I’ll just go somewhere else!

I really want to like this place for a quick sub..but it's one of the slowest processes. It's like watching paint dry..there is no urgency. It's just that everyone that comes in a gas station has 20 mins to wait on a sub! ? It's a sub. Literally should give times for how long you will be waiting before taking the order. I'm better when there was nobody ahead of you when you ordered and the person behind you gets their sub first.

Avoid this store if at all possible. I think the main cause is under staffing, but the result is garbage all over the floors overflowing garbage cans onto the ground outside, long lines at the cashier and just generally being dirty. Then I got a fountain soda with my pizza and it tasted like bleach, Literally like someone had bleached the lines out and then not flushed them. I will never set foot in this store again.

Had no cream for coffee for a week straight! I took a pint of milk from their Cooler and put it next to coffee station,the cashier then asked if I was going to pay for the milk and said I was stealing? What an ignorant confrontational human! Rude rude rude! Been going their every morn since it opened with no issues? Until this so called employee showed up. If this was my store I'd be irate. I'm 50 and never in my life seen anything like This? I will never patronize this store again. Will definitely following up with corperet offices. This is the first formal complaint I've made in my life. The situation was disgusting!!!!!

Hello,i was there on this location today on August 24,2021 @ 5:45pm.The sales person was a lady she was extremely rude,was gossiping with her friends,not paying attention to customers and when my turn came she yelled at me and tell me how to use the card in very rude ,ironic and below the level voice tone.When i asked her to mind her tone and be polite she started yelling at me loud and asked me to get my stuff and leave the shop.when i asked for the bag to put my stuff in she said WE Dont carry the bag get it and go.She started cursing at me .very very dissatisfied with the service.That Mobil gass station was our go to stop and now we would never stop there no more.Bad service poor ethics……
