Their hours posted are not accurate. Attempted to go to the store today at 3 o’clock and they were closed despite posted hours of being open until 4 o’clock on Saturdays. Also, they are currently closed on Sundays, even though Google does not reflect that.

Twice I've driven 1/2 hr to your store to ship items. Once after I checked hours on your website (open Sundays 10-3). The 2nd time after calling to confirm hours (Saturday until 3pm, though the website states 4pm). I arrived both times to find signs on the door that they were closed. Irritated and frustrated are understatements. Not consistent hours. Hours need to be updated on your website and/or phone.
When I HAVE been able to utilize your business, I've had great service.

Girl behind the counter was extremely rude. Not sure why there was so much hostility. Maybe customer service isn’t her line of work.

I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.

Had them pack and ship a football trophy to California. It arrived completely destroyed due to very poor packing. Don't trust them with anything.

Apparently this location is “closed on Sunday until further notice” , update your hours.

This store is no longer open on Sundays, despite what the website says. Also, there are two younger women who work there now who are rude and seem impatient. You don’t even get greeted with a hello when they are working. It seems like a busy location, but the service has declined since COVID, I don’t go there unless I absolutely have to.
Update; I gave them another try today (5/7/24). Much better in the professionalism compared to two weeks ago. They were busy but greeted each customer when you approached the counter. They handled the transaction quickly, efficiently, and asked if I needed a receipt. So maybe it depends what day and time you stop by. Hopefully this location is trying to improve as it is convenient and I would rather give my business to a local store than have to travel out of my way for better service.

Horrible experience. I was rushed for sending my packages and was made fun of when I was concerned about them getting mixed up. I was the only one in line too so not sure what the hurry was. Some staff really need to get off their cell phones and show basic human decency at their jobs.I went home in tears because I felt humiliated and am now uncomfortable to go back. The young brunette girl is really rude and seems easily agitated. Disappointing because UPS has previously had polite staff before, not sure what happened here but I hope the situation gets better

Horrible experience. As soon as I walked in the worker behind the desk snapped at me and when I asked a question she walked across the room and snapped at me again. Very nasty for no apparent reason
